**What do you like best about DDMSPLUS?**

I love that its SQL based where as what they had before was dbf based. I like the new opus toolbox that puts opus related things right in one area. So much better. I like that its all web-based via rdp connection.

**What do you dislike about DDMSPLUS?**

They still have things in graphical ddms that just kick you to text based ddms. Need to program out in graphical. Support reps are still learning the system so can't expect them to know a lot...and they don't. I really wish Eci would go back to supporting parallels instead of forcing RDP but RDP does work.

**What problems is DDMSPLUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with Pci compliance. Legacy does not support credit card tokens so you have to store your customers credit card data within ddms. PLUS is so much more secure.

**What do you like best about DDMSPLUS?**

The Administration Dashboard is easy to use. the change to HTTP Printing with DDMSPlus has been a huge time saver. Almost eliminates the need for a VPN. It's so much more reliable.

**What do you dislike about DDMSPLUS?**

Unless you have an understanding on all modules in DDMS, it can be very hard to navigate and get the data you are looking for.

**What problems is DDMSPLUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not really any additional problem solving with Plus compared to legacy.
