**What do you like best about DCDial?**

The platform is very advanced, but my favorite aspect of DCDial is by far their customer service! The DCDial team has built custom features at our request. 
Special thanks to Haze and the rest of the customer support team!

**What do you dislike about DCDial?**

The system is very customizable, so there are a lot of settings to learn. But they do provide YouTube videos, help files, and the customer service team is very responsive.

**What problems is DCDial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to automate our customer outreach and payment processing. We have been able to greatly increase ur productivity using the Predictive Dialer and SMS campaigns. Additionally, our clients are now able to make payments using IVR and the DCDial online payment portal. We no longer have to use live agents to process payments!

Functionality is huge.  A lot of power to build special campaigns at your finger tips.

**What do you dislike about DCDial?**

Nothing to dislike here. This is a full platform of data and analytics to see if your reaching your target.

**What problems is DCDial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to increase our inbound call volume tremendously.   We are able to work a file quickly and efficiently and boost revenues.
