To demonstrate how committed they are to keeping their customers happy, they even provide seminars to assist us in better understanding the software. **What do you dislike about DATABASICS Time & Expense?** Sometimes, uploading documents can be a bit challenging, but once you get the hang of it, everything goes smoothly. I also like the receipt express. Inputting work expenses is easy to do and can be done directly from a smartphone. The automatic transactions feed makes it so that your manual entry is kept to a minimum. **What do you dislike about DATABASICS Time & Expense?** I personally have not had a bad experience using this product. GUI is decent and doesn't require a lot of training. Easy setup to integrate with our payroll provider (We use ADP but they support others as well). Timesheet web site is stable and easy for users to figure out. That leads to a low cost of ownership as we get very few questions from users. **What do you dislike about DATABASICS Time & Expense?** Fairly basic system, not a lot of options or a great UI. But it gets the job done and has been a good system for us. **What problems is DATABASICS Time & Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to provide online timesheet services to our entire company. It works well. Minimal setup to integrate it with our accounting system and very little training required for our end users.
