**What do you like best about CustomerHub?**

Simple and easy to use for non-technical persons and access courses, resources, onboarding materials, and updates in one place.

**What do you dislike about CustomerHub?**

It is less ideal for big companies and price is high.

**What problems is CustomerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very useful in customer onboarding, delivering content and client communication at one place so offering total job satisfaction.

**What do you like best about CustomerHub?**

The ease of use and ease of integration and implementation make CustomerHub one of the simplest membership portals available.  Customer support is top notch and the number of features is growing all the time.    We use this weekly and our clients use it daily for coaching and online training.

**What do you dislike about CustomerHub?**

Recent price increase puts them in competition with many other platforms that have slightly different focus and more features.

**What problems is CustomerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most Membership portals require advanced technical skills to set up and administer.  With lots of third party connector requirements.  CustomerHub has simplified all of this into one product.  DOn't need a separate CRM, or shopping cart... fine, use theirs.

**What do you like best about CustomerHub?**

We needed a program for our clients to use to securely store & share documents with their purchasers (with member/password logins), while also being able to label the purchasers by different projects/communities, and this worked out really well.  It also needed to integrate with our database in Keap, and doing so was so easy in CustomerHub.
While I don't use CustomerHub all the time -- we did the initial setup and any changes that need to be done to the overall look or backend stuff.  Our clients use it regularly with their purchasers, and found it very straightforward and easy to use, which was great.
For a design stand point, I like the page builder setup and being able to preview the pages the way a member would see it (as opposed to an admin).
Lastly, I've had to contact Customer Support a few times and found them to be very friendly, polite and helpful; and found the help centre to be very useful.

**What do you dislike about CustomerHub?**

There were a few things that would be nice to have available:
- a little more flexibility in viewing options on the Members page (ie. being able to choose a column to sort by)
- having more API goal triggers in Keap would be helpful (ie. if a member views/downloads a document)
- being able to edit/design the notification emails that a new file has been added to a member's account
- being able to select members and notify multiple members at once of a new file

**What problems is CustomerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients required a password-protected program to securely store & share documents with their purchasers, that integrated with their Keap database -- but it also had to be a program that our clients would be able to use on their own after we did the initial setup.
