I love that you can manage your time, your work status, take calls, use webforms and spreadsheet links, and transfer calls all with the one program. **What do you dislike about AnywhereWorks?** Sometimes they make updates that I believe are too hasty. I think that one of the things I dislike is now when you have a repeated caller and you need to annotate a message, the buttons are so small. If I did not already know the order for the annotate button i wouldn't be able to recognize ut from the other two small buttons that are right next to it. It should go back to the version they had before or something totally new and different. **Recommendations to others considering AnywhereWorks:** I would definitely try it out, i have worked in several call centers and this is by far the best software.
