Simple Membership portal for non-technical clients

The ease of use and ease of integration and implementation make CustomerHub one of the simplest membership portals available. Customer support is top notch and the number of features is growing all the time. We use this weekly and our clients use it daily for coaching and online training.

Great program! (that we used a bit differently, lol)

We needed a program for our clients to use to securely store & share documents with their purchasers (with member/password logins), while also being able to label the purchasers by different projects/communities, and this worked out really well. It also needed to integrate with our database in Keap, and doing so was so easy in CustomerHub. While I don't use CustomerHub all the time -- we did the initial setup and any changes that need to be done to the overall look or backend stuff. Our clients use it regularly with their purchasers, and found it very straightforward and easy to use, which was great. For a design stand point, I like the page builder setup and being able to preview the pages the way a member would see it (as opposed to an admin). Lastly, I've had to contact Customer Support a few times and found them to be very friendly, polite and helpful; and found the help centre to be very useful.
