**What do you like best about Customer Radar?**

Customer Radar has been useful when it comes to the handling of online reviews for our veterinary practice. Clients can leave feedback via different means, such as SMS and scanning of QR code, which makes it easy for them.

**What do you dislike about Customer Radar?**

I am not able to look into the minute details of comments that were made such as ancestors or look at trends over several periods of time. Specific feedback would help me ask questions to get to the ‘why’ and adjust my classroom management style appropriately.

**What problems is Customer Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Radar has eased the way through which the clients’ feedback is collected and addressed. It has assisted us to enhance our efficiency in fixture delivery and also to fix the grievances customers may have leading to an enhanced online image.

**What do you like best about Customer Radar?**

To set up feedback channels and to address consumer reviews on various forums does not take more than a few minutes. The NPS score aggregates customer perceptions into an easily digestible summary; the score dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Customer Radar?**

I think they are probably designed for these industries exclusively. It is not easy to modify the feedback requests and the reports generated for other types of business ventures.

**What problems is Customer Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Radar has dramatically changed the process of receiving and analyzing the information concerning the customers. It is very convenient to have all in one place, and the real-time data helps to address any issues which may arise.

**What do you like best about Customer Radar?**

Getting feedback instantly is amazing! We can fix problems right away instead of weeks later. This has made our customers so much happier. Aside from that, we can customize our surveys to fit our business and customers.

**What do you dislike about Customer Radar?**

It would be great if there were more pre-built survey templates.

**What problems is Customer Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer place their orders through our webiste and we send them surverys to shows us what customers like and don’t like, so we can make their experience better.

I love that all of the social media accounts are right there in front of me to respond to. Helps with tabs and browser data is decreased 

**What do you dislike about Customer Radar?**

I think the mobile friendliness could be improved as well as the site itself. Sometimes takes a while to load

I can respond instantly to any compliment, question or review/ concern a customer writes
