**What do you like best about Customer Communications Management?**

It has bought efficiency for our marketing team & improved our communication with the customer. It is such a practical driven software that is helping us a lot & supporting regulatory compliance.

The system is very unorganized. As it is newly deployed the issue is acceptable but it requires tons of development

We are working with Batch Communications & Chat/Messaging through these tools. It is also helping us in Content Management.
