**What do you like best about Cust?**

It's a nice tool for customer success and support team. Allows the users to review the entire client account history in few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Cust?**

The cust team make product changes without informing. There is no direct customer support. The product is in the initial phase and have a few bugs. The AI part needs refining. It's frustrating sometimes.

**What problems is Cust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing customer account history and customer sentiment. Automating some emails based on customer history.

Its features to have more meaningful and personalized reachout, rather than being some template oriented.

As the customer base grows, the pricing becomes too expensive.

instead of sending generaic emails, Cust engage customers one on one, and helped us to scalled the response rates effectively.

you can personalize your process depending on the project, you also save because your process is outlined as it should treating every project/client as they should. 
the most important point is that you get to know your client on a deeper level leading me to interact with them in a more personal way since I know what

there is a learning curve to learn how to automize things but nothing too hard. and also the pricing

The thing that i like the most about this platform is the small customer centric approach. Cust initaites one-to-one coversations and it has 30% reply rates. It segments your customers based on conversational insights. One more eye catching feature is that it automatically handle replies

**What do you dislike about Cust?**

So the automation  can handle replies efficiently, but it might lack a human touch in some cases, which can lead to feeling robotic for some people

**What problems is Cust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cust helps in initiating one-to-one-conversations and get 30% reply rates. Conversations lead to unique insights and they help to get personalized experience.

Overall it give a much needed upgrade to our old software and is very cost effective

**What do you dislike about Cust?**

Does take some time to get use to it but its a great start.

**What problems is Cust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows up to fomulate plans to keep our customer base engaged and understand what we need to do to continue growing.
