It's a nice tool for customer success and support team. Allows the users to review the entire client account history in few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cust team make product changes without informing. There is no direct customer support. The product is in the initial phase and have a few bugs. The AI part needs refining. It's frustrating sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

you can personalize your process depending on the project, you also save because your process is outlined as it should treating every project/client as they should. the most important point is that you get to know your client on a deeper level leading me to interact with them in a more personal way since I know what Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
