**What do you like best about Curious Thing?**

The AI works flawlessly. It saves me a lot of time by answering common questions that would otherwise take up so much of my time. The call notifications to me never fail. It’s an impressive service.

**What do you dislike about Curious Thing?**

They let me sign up for a free account. I thought I’d give the professional plan a try. It was too expensive since they raised the price to $24 a month. I have a small business. So, I decided to return to the free version. That’s when I discovered that the free version was, “temporarily unavailable.” It’s had this status for two months now. (It’s not really “temporarily unavailable,” is it?) Why can’t they just be honest and say there is no more free version? The moment they were apparently bought out by another company called Trivoni Software, the free version disappeared. I contacted them by email to ask what was going on, and they simply ignored my email.

**What problems is Curious Thing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It answers many repetitive questions that I would otherwise have to deal with. It also provides a link to reserve an appointment on my website.

Not bad just pricey they don't offer monthly at an affordable rate , and start ups can't really afford a year with only a week to see if it'll work for us

**What do you dislike about Curious Thing?**

See above, need a longer test trail time or a cheap monthly rate

**What problems is Curious Thing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answering calls which leaves me time for other things

Responses it provide to the customer conversations by learning through extensive databases and user ineractions.

There are not many options/customizations when it comes to regional languages.

**What problems is Curious Thing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It answers customer calls automatically by capturing their interactions like missed call and provided responses based on customer feedback. It also provide insights and book appointments which makes us easy to capture potential leads without any time bound.
