The software has lots of glitches and it also lags sometimes. It is quite expensive as compared to other similar software available in the market but at the same time it gives great experience so I must say that crewsnap is a worth investment tool but it will take more than 45 days to learn totally about its detail interface and functioning so this is something which can be provided for new user so that they can learn to use in a better way soon.
