"A great choice for managing leads"

What do you like best about Convertr?

Two years ago, our company needed a solution that would improve lead capture efficiency as well as the delivery of leads to customers. After an extensive search, we opted for Convertr. We have been incredibly pleased. Convertr provides us the flexibility to capture leads in multiple ways, provides us the ability to integrate with 3rd party tools, and offers multiple paths to deliver automated leads to customers. What do you dislike about Convertr?

The only challenge we had with Covnertr was in the setup part of the process. Convertr did require a fairly extensive setup. But, once we got past that phase, the tool has been extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convertr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Convertr, we had a team that was manually gathering leads captured in a lead form and delivering them to customers. We were limited in forms that we could deliver and providing customers with custom lead experiences. We are a marketing services agency in that we support many brands with a variety of audience profiles and business rules for a variety of clients. With Convertr, we can ingest data from several different formats, apply our business rules in a standardized way and handle client filters, be they demo or geo targeting, match/suppression list. The value transform capability supports data coming in from disparate platforms and client's field vale specs.
