What do you like best about Convertr?

The part I like best about Convertr is their support team. They make the user experience with this tool feel easy because whenever there’s an issue, they respond quickly and help walk you through it (especially if the help center doesn’t already have documentation on it). What do you dislike about Convertr?

I wish connecting to other apps, like Facebook, were simpler. That said, I’m not sure whether this is on Convertr’s side or Facebook’s. Still, it would be nice to have an automatic connection that doesn’t require the Facebook app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convertr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convertr is ensuring that our leads coming in from media campaigns are not only valid/accurate, but also correct in terms of field values and formatting. For us, this drives a huge ROI as we can catch issues with leads before paying for them on campaigns like content syndication.

Convertr is also helping solve the long process it would take to check this leads manually. With a great UI / UX, it is easy to set-up and use. The timing of the platform is speedy and performance is high.

I have yet to use AI on Convertr yet, however, I do know that it was applied to help with the amount of time normal set-up takes. I'm excited to start using it to hopefully limit the amount of time spent on setting up campaigns in Convertr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, this has been a game changer for our business. I’m also pleased to see they have an agentic approach that helps automate many of the manual, repetitive processes our ops team has to handle within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convertr solving and how is that benefiting you?

At DemandScience, we run large scale, multi channel demand programs. The biggest risks in that model are bad data, broken routing, compliance gaps, and manual operational overhead.

Convertr solves three core problems for us.

1. Data quality at entry

It validates and standardises inbound leads before reach clients, preventing duplicates, incomplete records, and formatting issues so it cannot compromise downstream systems.

2. Routing and SLA enforcement

It applies business rules in real time. Leads go to the right team, region, or client endpoint immediately. That improves speed to lead and sales acceptance for our clients

3. Governance and visibility

What do you like best about Convertr?

Two years ago, our company needed a solution that would improve lead capture efficiency as well as the delivery of leads to customers. After an extensive search, we opted for Convertr. We have been incredibly pleased. Convertr provides us the flexibility to capture leads in multiple ways, provides us the ability to integrate with 3rd party tools, and offers multiple paths to deliver automated leads to customers. The only challenge we had with Covnertr was in the setup part of the process. Convertr did require a fairly extensive setup. But, once we got past that phase, the tool has been extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to Convertr, we had a team that was manually gathering leads captured in a lead form and delivering them to customers. We were limited in forms that we could deliver and providing customers with custom lead experiences. With Convertr, we can ingest data from several different formats, apply our business rules in a standardized way and handle client filters, be they demo or geo targeting, match/suppression list. The value transform capability supports data coming in from disparate platforms and client's field vale specs.
