What do you like best about ConnectPro?

The best thing about this software is that it is implemented literally within minutes via simple IP Address provisioning. It also helps large organizations have calls cheaper and make internet calling a much easier option. This modeling also supports live monitoring and call tagging which is helpful. What do you dislike about ConnectPro?

The disadvantage of this could be the cost. While the cost is comparable to the competitors, it can still be on the expensive side which might make a lot of small businesses consider other options. What do you like best about ConnectPro?

It allows us to record the calls and the way the database of call records can be managed is excellent. Retrieving the calls from the list of recorded calls is pretty much easy and convenient. It is very user-friendly and easy to handle. Recorded calls are sorted with the best methodology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectPro?

Compliance Regulations are the deciding factor for the same. Internet usage has become high. The bandwidth requirement is high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
