"Centralized Compensation Management Made Simple and Powerful"
What do you like best about Comprehensive?

Comprehensive gives us a central place to store and use our pay ranges and bands, and then map employees to those ranges for analytics and compensation cycles. The ability to control permissions so managers, TA, and leaders each see only the appropriate combination of employees and pay ranges is also a big plus for us. The Total Rewards Dashboard with Carta integration is so simple and it helps show employees the full value of their compensation and equity in a very clear way. What do you dislike about Comprehensive?

Our biggest pain point is the benchmark insights for sales roles, because the benchmark mapping feature currently shows base salary and doesn’t yet incorporate OTE. We also haven’t fully leveraged all the features (like bonus, salary structures, pay ranges) yet, so there’s a sense that the system can do more than we’re practically getting out of it today. We have been using the platform for our merit process. It is very user friendly and intuitive for leaders to complete their assigned tasks. What do you like best about Comprehensive?

The support from the Comprehensive team was exceptional. The responsiveness and flexibility were outstanding, especially when we had last-minute requests and challenges. The ability to preview and email letters directly, without needing to download batches, was a standout feature for us, and our managers found it incredibly helpful. We also liked the flexibility of the tool overall and the positive feedback it garnered from our managers. What do you dislike about Comprehensive?

The initial setup process was challenging. We chose to upload our data versus use an integration and we found it confusing that the upload was flexible with no template provided. We required a bit more guidance than anticipated, but the Comprehensive team was there to help ensure success. The analytics tools are helpful for analyzing data, but there’s room for improvement in usability, such as reordering columns or grouping countries effectively. The ability to customize the layout and formulas was great. Even better was the support from the Comprehensive team - especially with last minute changes that were needed! What do you like best about Comprehensive?

Using Comprehensive is night and day in comparison to spreadsheets - it removes the possibility of human error, streamlines input from managers, and automatically creates award letters, which I would previously have to do manually. The Rippling integration also makes it super easy to ensure accurate information. I also love the Rippling csv export to make all the bonus and compensation mass changes we have during review cycles. What do you like best about Comprehensive?

We have had a prior process of creating a master spreadsheet, then having to carve it up to send to Vice Presidents then receive them back and recreate the master spreadsheet to then provide to our CEO taking weeks and weeks of time better spent having strategic conversations about comp ratio positioning in line with our compensation rem philosophy.

Comprehensive makes this easy, efficient and timely and reduces the amount of time spent in a manual process. The logic builder to create the calculation logic is easy to use and enables customising our calculation logic to suit our needs. Can easily track proposed increases against calculated budget modelling via the use of a matrix approach based on performance rating and position in the market.

Roger, Katelyn and the team are awesome support partners and went well above and beyond to ensure our cycle kicked off within 6 weeks making the onboarding process easy.
