**What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?**

It has been 3 cycles, that we have been using Compport - as our Compensation Partner for our annual appraisals. The flexibility and the analytics that the tool provides is one of the best available in the market.
The support received by the team, and especially the partner (Sushant) has been unparalled to this date. 
One of the best things about them is that they always approach any challenge or requirement with a can-do attitude.
It is very user-friendly and the compensation partner and rest of the compport team ensured smooth transition in the their implementation approach.

There is always room for improvement, which the team is constantly driving for. A little more simplification in navigation throught the rule creation will be extremely helpful for first time users of Compport.

We ran our first cycle on Compport and everything ran smoothly. The tool was inuitive and had great features for both admin and end employees.

The only thing we faced issue with was the fact that the screen for the entire approver matrix is the same.

The product can flex based on requirements, but the unique proposition is the support Compport provided to us during the merit increase cycle runs. I think specialized use-case products, the support services can make it scale exponentially.

There are rough edges, such as, to assign the role authorization, I need to remember the user ID, but for proxy, I need only to know the name of the person I wish to proxy. 
Also, I see an opportunity to enhance the ad-hoc pay change module to cover various touchpoints of the employee lifecycle

**What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?**

I think what Compport does best is to digitize the entire compensation management process in a very user-friendly manner.  It addresses many of the administrative hassles of compensation management like data sources, calculation errors in data collation. 
The entire experience for people managers is also taken to the next level by making team data and analytics readily available.
For C&B professionals, over and above the administrative use, the analytics layer is a wonderful tool to look at.

Much over and above the product quality, whats sets apart Compport is the team behind the technology. Always willing to listen to you, open to change and very accomodative. I have enjoyed my implementation experience and my first round of annual cycel through compport.

**What do you dislike about Compport Compensation Management?**

I dont dislike this, but i would like to see an integration between the salary and variable pay plans. Intregration of the two will bring in a far superior experience for people managers.

Simplistic and able to meet business requirements. Able to launch a survey to all users in a matter of minutes. A quick way to achieve an eNPS pulse.

Support is just too slow to keep up with our business requirements.  Defect leakage is high on custom development and needs to  be improved.
