Performance led approach
A/B testing to prove uplift of activity

**What do you dislike about CommVersion 24/7 Live Chat?**

Probably best used in an acquisition capacity rather than servicing existing customers where revenue opportunities are more limited.
Limited use of chatbot/AI to drive further upfront efficiency into the model
Hard to A/B test using existing resource vs Commversion (but not impossible)

**Recommendations to others considering CommVersion 24/7 Live Chat:**

All the way through the relationship Commversion have been proactive and attentive to our business needs, ensuring a deep understanding of our business which translates to a quality chat customer experience. I would highly recommend working with Commversion - after working with a number of chat providers over the past decade Commversion really are a cut above the rest.

**What problems is CommVersion 24/7 Live Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A refreshing performance led approach to live chat that resulted in a clearly demonstrable cost per acquisition improvement and better marketing ROI, even on a cost per chat basis. Working closely with Adil we constructed an A/B test to statistically prove the uplift of the chat service and saw a 8% improvement in marketing CPA, a cost reduction that we then reinvested for growth.

Lead Generation Model. CommVersion only charges when we get a valid lead from them. Our customers give good feedback when we get on a call with them. Since we have started using their service we haven't missed out on any leads that we use to previously during out of office hours and weekends.
