It is easy to open support tickets and CommVault staff respond promptly. The majority of support analysts are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful so most tickets are resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CommVault is an incredibly complicated system and the company has a bad habit of deprecating features with little notice so that long time clients end up with an installation that no longer matches the "standard" configuration of a new client. The support team is responsive and friendly but you'll need them a lot. In the past year I've opened 57 support tickets - more than one every week - and there are still features that don't work properly. CommVault is not a system you will implement on your own. Initial installation and, I would suggest, any significant change will require Professional Services which comes at an additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
