I use CrashPlan Platform for M365 backup, including our email, OneDrive, and SharePoint. I find it to be an amazing solution with lightning-speed backups compared to earlier versions. The ability to do fast backups and restores is invaluable, as it minimizes downtime when a user mailbox or OneDrive is lost or crashes, and helps us get them up and running quickly. CrashPlan Platform has a unique ability to backup all our M365 data along with the data retention policies which we have set for our organisation is one outstanding feature of the product, we backup all our M365 data with crashplan's zero storage cost mechanism which helps us to utilise our OneDrive storage.. Crashplan platform has the best endpoint solution which suits our daily use case of taking schedule based backups, ease of use for admins is really easy and all the reports can be scheduled which will make admin life easy one another amazing aspect of platform is it comes with zero storage and the disaster recover happens very fastly with minimal downtime to the business.
