
We have been using CommuniQate for quite some time now, and we are immensely grateful for the impact it has on our work process. What particularly appeals to us is how it almost completely relieves us of the task of qualifying and acquiring potential leads for sustainability. This has enabled us to focus more on the core of our work, without having to worry about the manual work.
Our customers respond extremely positively to the system, and we fully share that enthusiasm. CommuniQate repeatedly shows their willingness to think along with us and support us in finding the right solutions for further developments. A good example of this is that soon we will no longer have to manually enter leads into our system. Our qualified customers can easily make an appointment via WhatsApp, which is then automatically entered into our calendar and CRM system. This not only saves us time but also ensures that everything runs smoothly, exactly as we and our customers want.

Although we are generally very satisfied with CommuniQate, there are also some areas that need improvement, and that is not unusual at all.
