**What do you like best about CommuniQate?**

We have been using CommuniQate for quite some time now, and we are immensely grateful for the impact it has on our work process. What particularly appeals to us is how it almost completely relieves us of the task of qualifying and acquiring potential leads for sustainability. This has enabled us to focus more on the core of our work, without having to worry about the manual work.

Our customers respond extremely positively to the system, and we fully share that enthusiasm. CommuniQate repeatedly shows their willingness to think along with us and support us in finding the right solutions for further developments. A good example of this is that soon we will no longer have to manually enter leads into our system. Our qualified customers can easily make an appointment via WhatsApp, which is then automatically entered into our calendar and CRM system. This not only saves us time but also ensures that everything runs smoothly, exactly as we and our customers want.

We are very grateful to CommuniQate for the support and look forward to further developing our collaboration.

**What do you dislike about CommuniQate?**

Although we are generally very satisfied with CommuniQate, there are also some areas that need improvement, and that is not unusual at all. It occasionally happens that the flow does not run smoothly (rarely), which sometimes requires additional manual checks to ensure that all information is updated correctly.

However, these points also offer room for improvement, and given CommuniQate's proactive attitude, we expect these issues to be addressed in the future.

**What problems is CommuniQate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CommuniQate helps us primarily by streamlining and automating our lead qualification process. Previously, it took us a lot of time and effort to manually select and manage potential leads, but with CommuniQate, this process is much more efficient. This means we can spend more time on our core activities, such as customer conversations and delivering high-quality services. Additionally, the integration with our CRM system ensures that appointments are automatically scheduled and tracked, which significantly simplifies our workflow. Thanks to CommuniQate, we can respond more quickly and effectively to the needs of our customers, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and better business results.

Communiqate helps to create leads. The application is easy to use and the support is available to help any time.

I really don't have anything I dislike about the app. It works pretty good.

It creates leads in a fast way and let me communicate easy with pote tial customers.
