Their know-how and technical expertise allowed us to actively problem-solve for the most extensive of issues and ensure that we were setup for longterm success. Bluntly, there was no problem that CC couldn't help us solve. **What do you dislike about Coalescence Cloud Consulting?** The only critical feedback I had of CC was that there were times where balls were dropped due to lack of project management. This issue was resolved when they brought on a PM to help our engagement full time as well as when we got a more standardized request tracking process in place. **What problems is Coalescence Cloud Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I worked as a finance manager at 66degrees where we partnered with Coalescene to help fine-tune and optimize our PSA processes. Coalescence was incredibly capable and agile in helping us prioritize, identify, and implement different items to optimize our systems. They were creative in their solutioning while remaining critical of the long-term feasibilty and scalability of our requests. ### 3. Coalescence Team was really great !
