What do you like best about SHI?

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping customers and each other succeed. There’s a real sense of partnership—not just in how SHI works with clients, but internally as well. I also appreciate the access to innovative technology solutions and the emphasis on continuous learning. What do you dislike about SHI?

One thing I’ve found challenging about SHI is that, at times, the size and complexity of the organization can make it hard to quickly navigate internal processes or find the right point of contact. It’s understandable given how large and diverse the offerings are, but it can sometimes slow things down when you’re trying to move quickly or deliver a solution efficiently. That said, I’ve also noticed that once you build relationships and understand the internal structure, it gets a lot easier to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SHI solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I first started using SHI, I assumed they’d be strictly a marketplace - an excuse for transaction - but SHI is so much more. In their modeling, they offer a truly white gloved experience, focusing beyond the dollar sign and more into a fully-functional working relationship. Ask to work with Joseph Luna and Dillon.
