"So Much Better Than Anything We Used Before"
What do you like best about Pilot?

I can easily find the reports that I need to share with our investors. Additionally, I like knowing that we can scale up in their services if we ever need more specialized services than regular bookkeeping. Pilot integrates seamlessly with QBO, ADP, and our banks. The question-portal to our Pilot team is easy to use and to find what I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

We have yet to find a downside. It is literally so much better than anything we used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Honestly Easy to Use, I don't know what I would do without them."
What do you like best about Pilot?

It's honestly easy to use. I love the support, consistency, and same point of contact. I enjoy being able to understand all aspects of our financial health as a rising startup. Couldn't be easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

I don't think I have any downsides that I can think of yet. But, I'm sure as we grow and evolve I'll have more needs. Which may lead to needing more features, but who knows. They seem to always be evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Responses, Easy Platform, and a Team That Feels Like an Extension of Ours"
What do you like best about Pilot?

What I like best about Pilot is how quick they are to respond, how easy their platform is to use, and how their team doesn’t just do the work but actually becomes part of your team. They’re involved in the process, they help problem-solve, and it never feels like you’re just working with an outside agency checking boxes. They feel like an extension of our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

There hasn’t been anything significant. Overall, our experience has been very positive. If anything, the only open question we’re still working through is how to best use their CFO services within our specific setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevated Financial Operations with Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about Pilot?

I like Pilot's customer service, team members, and the Pilot portal. Their bookkeeping services, financial expertise, and broad range of team members make us feel confident. They're also incredibly fast. Their software platform really stands out; we don't have to use QuickBooks anymore and can easily monitor our books through their portal. The AI chatbot is also incredibly helpful for asking specific questions about our financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted Finance Partner with Pristine Books, But Monthly Closings Could Be Faster"
What do you like best about Pilot?

We absolutely love that Pilot acts like a fully integrated, in-house finance function for our business. They don't just process transactions; they are proactive partners who anticipate our needs and provide guidance without us having to constantly ask for updates. This dedication and trust are what we value most. Because their team handles everything so reliably, we achieve the ultimate benefit: our books are always pristine, and we can forget about the complexities of accounting, knowing that our finances are entirely secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

The one area we find challenging with Pilot is the timing required for the full monthly book closing. Because they need around four weeks to prepare the books for a complete month, we are not able to follow our daily or real-time cash flow as closely as we would like. This means we have had to develop and maintain our own internal financial projections and interim tracking systems to manage daily cash flow, since the official financial statements arrive a little later than is ideal for immediate operational decisions. "Knowledgeable, Responsive Bookkeepers Backed by an Easy-to-Use App"
What do you like best about Pilot?

Knowledgeable and responsive bookkeepers, supported by an easy-to-use app. My books always came out clean and accurate, and it was reassuring to know the staff was on top of things whenever I needed help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

So far, I haven’t discovered any downsides. I’m happy with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable and well-organized accounting experience"
What do you like best about Pilot?

Pilot’s platform is definitely what I like most. Everything is very well organized and easy to navigate. From the first set of books they manage for you, expenses are updated on a weekly basis, which provides great visibility and control.

I especially appreciate the roadmap feature, as it gives a clear view of how long your budget is likely to last based on your current spending pace. This has been extremely helpful for planning and financial decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

At this stage, I haven’t identified any significant drawbacks. The service has met my expectations so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Feature-Rich Platform with Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Pilot?

This platform offers a low cost, brings together various features in one place, and provides smooth integration with other services and apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

This service feels less personal and comprehensive compared to other bookkeeping options I have used. Occasionally, the automated features lead to unexpected issues that require additional reconciliation. I also wish they provided an option to file sales tax reports. "Great product & Team to work with along with a great QuickBooks Integration/Backend"
What do you like best about Pilot?

We appreciate the asynchronous workflow that Pilot offers, and we especially value that they do all the backend ("actual book keeping" ) in QuickBooks. This combination lets us enjoy the advantages of both QuickBooks Online and Pilot’s software and service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

This isn't necessarily an issue unique to Pilot, but because we have several bank accounts for our CDs and Treasury accounts that don't all update in real time to Pilot, our cash balances and weekly cash flow statements often turn out to be quite inaccurate. "User-Friendly UI and Seamless Support Make Onboarding a Breeze"
What do you like best about Pilot?

User friendly UI, prompt tech support, positive attitude from the entire team.

Seamless comms from sales to service, we didn't have to reiterate any data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment, we've only been clients for about two months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
