Recommendations to others considering Pilot:
If you’re trying to decide whether to use Pilot, I highly recommend it. If you don’t have the budget for a full accounting team or you’re having trouble hiring the right people, Pilot is a strong option to help fill those gaps. It works especially well for small teams that want to automate parts of their financial process, bring in helpful technology, and access a level of expertise you might not get from a single hire. Pilot gives you reliable support without the overhead of building out a full department, and it’s definitely worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is growing, and when our office manager, who had been handling our books, retired at the end of the year, we needed a better system to manage our financials. We weren’t ready to bring on a full-time CFO or accounting team, so Pilot stepped in at the right time. They were able to pick up right where our previous resource left off, integrate with our team, and provide clarity through both their technology and expertise. They’ve essentially served as a bridge between what we had and where we know we need to be long term. Pilot gives us the tools, support, and insight to be more financially conscious as we grow and helps set the foundation for eventually building a full in-house accounting team.
