However, we were initially assigned an implementation specialist who didn’t have much experience in our industry and whose background seemed limited to system implementations. That made it difficult to move the project forward, and we ultimately had to redo work that had already been completed so it would better align with our needs. I wish they had brought in someone with Senior Living experience from the beginning, rather than us having to raise these concerns mid-project. **Recommendations to others considering Baker Tilly:** Baker Tilly has a range of implementation specialists, so I recommend asking for someone with experience in your field and speaking up if you don’t feel it’s the right fit. I know this seems like it should be standard, but the support staff of the system that we came from knew less about the system that I did. That is not helpful. The Baker Tilly response time to any questions that I have is very prompt and always helpful. We have now completed our implementation and we had no issues. I also have to give a big shout out to our implementer, Rich Encinias.
