You can easily find a lot of contacts in their database ready to use. No need to scrape any data. On the other, we can export them into CSV and it's ready to be used. It works very smoothly. No headaches. No issue for now. What I personally the most is it's a database. It saves me a lot of time and most of the leads are not fake.
