Closely has been a great tool for expanding my LinkedIn contacts. I've been able to add new connections without worrying about being permanently suspended. It's been quite useful, and I'd suggest it to anyone who wants to expand their LinkedIn network.

I like to have more filters from where you can select country, occupation, and other relevant details when adding people to your campaign.

Closely is one of the most awesome LinkedIn automation tools that pretty much does what it is supposed to.

There's honestly not a lot to dislike about closely. The only thing is didn't like is that the team doesn't put out frequent updates. Oh, and you'd have to log in to your LinkedIn account using their portal which can be a bummer for a few people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is affordable, easy to use, and offers some amazing features to get more results from your LinkedIn marketing efforts. Their team is also very active on their facebook group which is great to know when I want to reach out to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t really dislike anything. I think it could be improved in the following areas.

I like being able to grow my connections on LinkedIn in a meaningful way, targeting those who align with my ideal client. The set up is easy and I chose to send a simple personal message with my connection request, followed by another message when they accept. I'd like to be able to fine tune the audience targeting even more. Perhaps ways to segment my current contacts so current connections campaigns are more targeted too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used a few other LinkedIn automation tools already, and Closely matched them in terms of intuitiveness, ease of use and specifically, the cloud-based platform it provides.

You don't need to keep logging into LinkedIn for the automation to start, which is always a huge time saver.

Unfortunately, the tools lacks some important features.

1. Messaging group members (without a connection request)

2. Sales Navigator Filter for using for Group Members. So you can't select GEO or anything else. The tool will just randomly connect to group members, which is mostly useless.

3. The "Invite by email" campaign had a lot of issues. I do not know if we can run those campaigns now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the triggering of the different emails worked well, however I did not totally understand the logic behind, especially when more than one campaign is live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how you can now search for the exact type of leads I need for my business. It's easy to navigate, the help video library is huge and the support is wonderful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now, being a less than 6 months user, I did not find anything I disliked. Everything is exactly how it's promoted and works how it's supposed to work. Closely is a great tool for anyone in business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is safe to use with LinkedIn and has a roadmap to develop new features. Lead generation through LinkedIn is easy. The UI of the app is pretty much helpful in doing tasks and the inbox feature is very useful for large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, there is nothing to dislike about Closely since they have a solid roadmap and many improvements in progress. The team is listening to the recommendations of the platform users and is willing to implement them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the best that I only need a few minutes every couple of days to set up a new campaign for my growth. It is very easy to use and intuitive. I have not used competitors, so I have no comparison. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it takes time if there is a campaign that has a couple of hundred suspects. Need to wait for a couple of minutes or hours until it's finished and can be started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
