"The Safe Way to Scale Immature Linkedin Accounts"

What do you like best about Closely?

I like Closely because it is a powerful- but safe- LinkedIn automation tool that helps me to find, engage, and convert leads more effectively.

Here are some of the things I like most about Closely:

Ease of use: Closely is very easy to use, even for beginners (like me). The interface is clean and intuitive, and the onboarding process is well-designed.

Wide range of features: Closely offers a wide range of features to help you with lead generation and outreach, including:

LinkedIn campaigns: Create automated LinkedIn campaigns to reach out to your target audience.

Lead finder: Find prospects who are a good fit for your business (I've never used this but I'm glad it's an option)

Inbox: A unified inbox for managing all of your LinkedIn messages.

Email automation: Send automated email campaigns to your leads (I use Instantly, but am pleased email is a part of the package)

Excellent customer support: Closely has excellent customer support. I have always received quick and helpful responses to my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

It is a little basic compared to Expandi and Smartlead. The sequences and templates available are not as developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Closely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Closely helps me warmup and scale new Linkedin accounts without too much risk of being banned by Linkedin. Closely automates many of the time-consuming manual tasks involved in lead generation, such as finding prospects, sending messages, and tracking results. "Closely Makes my life more easier. Now i can automate my LinkedIn!"

What do you like best about Closely?

Closely offer many useful cold outreach templates. Using that I can Send connection requests or group messages to my contacts. In addition, I can filter my audience using tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

There are two things that disappoint me it doesn't have a dedicated mobile view option. Secondly, there are no options to stop syncing my messages from LinkedIn. While they sync my messages are marked as read on Linkedin. I hope they will solve it asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Appoint module is clunky"

What do you like best about Closely?

I can't say anything good about the Appoint module. I haven't tried the rest of the functionalities and won't do due to the poor experience with Appoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

They are integrating new modules launched via Lifetime Deals Groups and integrating them inside their UI, making it difficult to navigate. The appoint module UI is horrible, the embeds to add your calendar on a website does not fit well with the page, integrations are very limited and it contains a big branding at the bottom, even for paid customers. "0 to 500 Linkedin connections with Closely in less than 40 days thanks Closely"

What do you like best about Closely?

- It is super easy to use and self-explanatory and works well at what it is offering.

- I had VA's doing the same thing and i was paying them 500$ a month for 1/10th the cost at 50$ it was a no brainer deal for me.

- It also had a great feature for importing my contact list from CSV which was a great feature for me it skyrocketed my linkedin connections.

- Their customer support is top notch via live chat super active and super helpful.

- They keep on running promos so i grabbed a good deal for an amazing price

- I am also planning to assign one license each to all my SDR's for them to grow their LI presence.

What do you dislike about Closely?

It is not that advanced as some of the big guys out there lacks a few advanced features like:

- No webhooks

- No API

- The explorer credits are not enough for me atleast

- CSV import has stopped working since the last month or so.

- the explorer has very limited search filters.

As i said it does the basic stuff pretty well rock solid on that front but advanced stuff is still under development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Closely solving and how is that benefiting you?

it solves a big problem of managing multiple Linkedin profiles at once from a single place and that too safely which is the most important part for me as Linkedin is very bad at accounts i have got a lot of accounts banned in the past.

"Closely - Get More Connections and Close more deals with LinkedIn automation"

What do you like best about Closely?

Closely is an easy-to-use tool that will save you hours of work and will get your business to the next level. I used to spend hours manually connecting with influencers and potential clients on LinkedIn. With Closely, I just set up my LinkedIn profile and let the software do all the hard work for me. I highly recommend it. I love that I can see all the messages directly inside Closely and can even reply from the tool itself without visiting LinkedIn. I also love that it offers a free trial period, so you can try out the product to see if it's right for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

There is not much that I didn't like about this tool. I wish they had a feature where I would auto withdraw requests after x number of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Closely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to see all of my LinkedIn messages in one place is extremely helpful. I can manage and keep track of my multiple LinkedIn accounts with ease. Previously, I had to login to each individual account to see new messages and reply to them. This process was time-consuming and frustrating. Now, I can login to my main account and see all messages from my other accounts in one place. I can even reply to messages directly from my main account. This saves me a lot of time and makes using LinkedIn much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this feature to anyone who has multiple LinkedIn accounts. It is definitely worth using! "A simple solution for a robust Linkedin prospecting and contact management experience."

What do you like best about Closely?

The thing I like best about Closely is how it enhances the Linkedin experience by making it friendlier for prospecting rather than networking. Why is that? Linkedin started as a networking platform that its users turned into much more. Unfortunately, the UX hasn't kept pace with user needs making the features offered by the platform somewhat convoluted or lacking. This is where Closely shines; it strips out a lot of what Linkedin is and focuses on prospecting and content management with an easy-to-understand interface focused on these simple goals. What do you dislike about Closely?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Closely because it focuses on what it does best. The issue for me, however, is that it uses methods of data collection that may violate Linkedin's terms of service and could cause possible account suspension. Closely has processes in place and onboarding to help mitigate this, but it still leaves me feeling uneasy using some of the features. The trade-off, however, is worth the minor risk. What problems is Closely solving and how is that benefiting you?

How to go through leads on multiple accounts in the least amount of time possible. This is the biggest problem that Closely solves for me. It's ability to allow me to manage leads and run campaigns from multiple accounts with only a few clicks, and from a single dashboard, saves me hours.
