# Which hackathon software solutions offer the best integration capabilities for existing systems?

&lt;p&gt;Authentication would be near the top of my integration checklist, especially for internal enterprise hackathons. SSO and automated participant provisioning sound less exciting than APIs, but manually creating accounts or handling access problems for hundreds of participants can become the operational bottleneck before the event even starts.&lt;/p&gt;
