What do you like best about Clinic Controller?

Easy to retrieve custom reports for almost any type of information. Billing, EMR, and scheduling are also combined for easier use. You can customize hot keys to retrieve certain information faster. There are a lot of custom options for documentation with templates to make documentation quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinic Controller?

Terrible customer service. Does not respond in a timely manner to all emails and phone calls. Billing errors constantly and difficulty working with their staff. Seems that this has really gotten worse since they sold their software to another company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Clinic Controller:

Overall do not recommend due to difficulties with the staff. We have since switched EMR providers and are much more happy. There are also other options with improved features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinic Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Clinic Controller?

Lots of reports to download any data you want and it is very customizable to download. There are also other ways to customize the screens and hot keys for easy access information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinic Controller?

Customer service is terrible, they don’t respond to emails timely. Unclear with information when cancelling. I was sent an accidental email that was complaining about me from an employee, very unprofessional. Was told that upgrades to the software was going to happen and it would be delayed for months at a time, the upgrades never happened for over a year and we decided to cancel. Recommendations to others considering Clinic Controller:

Just don’t do it. There are much better systems out there, like Prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinic Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?

Medical billing, scheduling, and EMR all in one. It was nice to have everything together but there are a lot of other EMR systems out there that are better and also all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clinic Controller?

I like that there are simple, minimalist prompts for each section. I also like how everything/all info you need to enter in for an individual client is on one page and you do not need to switch between tabs because this can lead to errors if you change his/her plan of care. What do you dislike about Clinic Controller?

Eval/re-eval details do not carry over from one session to the next so you have to open previous charts to see specific info. Similarly, each time you see the pt you have enter all treatment info again even if it stays exactly the same as the time before even so it is a little time consuming. For some reason this program is crashed quite often so definitely make sure the software is compatible with your PC or laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinic Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love that that there a not tabs I need to switch between. Also, in terms of keeping track of stats, it is easy to see know when a client no shows or cancels due to simple changes/ notifications . I have used software before that just deletes the client from schedule and you a) either forget the patient was there or b) have no idea as to why they disappeared.
