Easy to retrieve custom reports for almost any type of information. Billing, EMR, and scheduling are also combined for easier use. You can customize hot keys to retrieve certain information faster. There are a lot of custom options for documentation with templates to make documentation quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Clinic Controller? Terrible customer service. Does not respond in a timely manner to all emails and phone calls. Billing errors constantly and difficulty working with their staff. Seems that this has really gotten worse since they sold their software to another company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Clinic Controller: Overall do not recommend due to difficulties with the staff. We have since switched EMR providers and are much more happy.
