Terrible customer service.

Easy to retrieve custom reports for almost any type of information. Billing, EMR, and scheduling are also combined for easier use. You can customize hot keys to retrieve certain information faster. There are a lot of custom options for documentation with templates to make documentation quicker.

Terrible customer service. Slow to update software.

Lots of reports to download any data you want and it is very customizable to download. There are also other ways to customize the screens and hot keys for easy access information.

I like that there are simple, minimalist prompts for each section. I also like how everything/all info you need to enter in for an individual client is on one page and you do not need to switch between tabs because this can lead to errors if you change his/her plan of care.
