**What do you like best about LeadExec?**

Features such as advanced lead filtering, API integrations, and duplicate detection have significantly improved the quality and efficiency of our enrollment management efforts. These capabilities help ensure that leads are properly routed, tracked, and nurtured throughout the student journey, while maintaining accurate and reliable data.

**What do you dislike about LeadExec?**

At this time, I have not encountered any significant issues with the platform. Every time we have needed a customization, enhancement, or technical adjustment, the LeadExec team has been exceptionally responsive and quick to help us achieve our goals. Their willingness to listen to feedback and implement solutions has made them a true partner rather than just a software provider. The team consistently demonstrates a commitment to customer success and continuously improves the platform based on client needs.

**What do you like best about LeadExec?**

The LeadExec platform provides us with multiple options in managing lead flow and distribution. Set up is quick, and the support and tutorials are excellent.

**What do you dislike about LeadExec?**

Initially, the system seems so robust that at first glance it can appear to be overwhelming. The setup of new clients has multiple steps, and if it is not done correctly, it can cause a problem.

**What problems is LeadExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary reason for evaluating lead management software was managing the lead flow for our clients. LeadExec provided us the ability to get started and learn the system before having to make a major financial commitment. Ultimately, that is why we chose LeadExec. Prior to using the LeadExec platform, we were doing things manually.

The LeadExec system itself is robust but still easy to navigate, which isn’t always the case with platforms like this. The ClickPoint (LeadExec) management and support is awesome.

**What do you dislike about LeadExec?**

I really don't have any complaints, that's why I have been using is for over 15 years.

**What problems is LeadExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadExec solves the challenge of managing and distributing leads across multiple clients, lead types, and complex routing rules—all within one platform. In our business, we’re dealing with a high level of customization, from different buyer requirements to priority-based distribution and filtering, and LeadExec handles it without creating operational friction

LeadExec has been a game changer for my organization, making it much easier to capture and distribute leads from a wide range of sources.

**What do you dislike about LeadExec?**

My only wish is that LeadExec offered a more robust suite of native integrations, especially with my CRM. That said, this is probably more of an issue with my CRM than with LeadExec.

**What problems is LeadExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadExec solves the problem of having many different types of lead forms coming in from many different sources by aggregating them into one system, so my sales organization can receive and manage those leads more effectively.
