
Clazar's customer service has been A+. While the platform is easy to use and straightforward to integrate, their customer service is what really sealed it for me. We needed to move fast, get up and running in AWS Marketplace quickly, updated listings quickly during product launches as well as integrate with HubSpot. From the pre-sales process through the implementation and operation of our system, their customer support has been fantastic. It's like I have several other members of the team I can rely upon. The plaform itself had a couple bugs around listing publishing and HubSpot bi-drectional synch. But honestly, I 100% expected those sort of issues and the customer support to walk me through the issues and setup completely overshadowed these expected implementation hickups.
