Not having enough support in the US. However their technicians are top notch. Harsh Surti provided outstanding technical support for our Cin7 Omni software. Despite working across Central Time, Harsh remained relentlessly proactive—scheduling calls, sending detailed emails and follow-ups—and resolved a persistent login issue that spanned over a week.
