Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni? The slow customer service, They have had on their website for months maybe years they are seeing unprecedented demand. Often your ticket will be closed after an unsatisfactory reply from them. It might take 3-7 days to get a reply, I would reply back and another 3-7 days later I might get a follow-up. We were trying to get a centralized system for our E-commerce, and Cin7 was the perfect option. It has Order management, Manufacturing, Pick n pack, sales reports. Not so great as things scale up..." 2/5 What do you like best about Cin7 Omni? Having so many features in one place, between getting invoices paid, tracking stock, and making a purchase order, it's most of what you need from an inventory management system and surrounding systems. Lots of integrations as well to make sure you have what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni? Not the best transparency in what is happening. Automated Stock transfers don't have reasons listed and their support is increadibly slow unless you pay for premium support. As well, a lot of the features and systems (POs, Production Jobs, Sales Orders) look and feel the same, which makes them confusing to use, and often results in user errors that the system wont warn you about. The system gets very complicated very quickly and numbers can then fall out of sync unless regularly reviewed and audited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
