Thanks for that **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** Compared to other ERP I miss the possibility to cross reference cards, for example bring up a list of items and show in which PO's there are currently used, or in which SO they are "hidden". They have finally started to decouple accouting integration from product costing in their system (hopefully it will work well) **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** the documentation of their APIs do not include much documentation. It basically mentions the api endpoints and the list of fields with no clues as to which fields are required and which are optional and if you don't want to include a field in the api call, there are no clues as to whether the field can be left out of the JSON data, or if it has to be sent as a null, or an empty sting. Also, there are no code samples and only a barebones description of the function itself, no details on what possible values can be sent for many fields. **What problems is Cin7 Omni solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business used to use home grown inventory management along with a folder full of PDF files and several excel documents to track purchases and inventory receipt. ### 4. I use it primaritly at warehouse level and its very user friendly. I can quickly see and print orders for processing with a couple of clicks. Purchase orders are easily received and tracked. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** I feel there are some bugs in the back ground. We use this system across 3 stores and occasionally product received at another store shows up on different stores stocktake sheets. We move a lot of product so counts are hard to keep track of but I feel along the way some quantities get lost without explanation. I would absolutely recommend you NOT to use Cin7 for this single reason, it staggers me that they made the decision to make their previously poor support even worse by removing phone support when thousands of people must rely on it to run their business. It can only leave me to conclude that they couldn't care less about their customers are just another money-grabbing corporation that couldn't care less about your business's success. Walmart integration does not match SKUs (this can be done but they blame Walmart). Accounting integrations only record revenue and cogs (no fees broken out) which means you'll have to manually reconcile your payouts to thousands of invoices (they have no best practices or recommendations on how to reconcile after they push tons of invoices to your accounting software). Their support team is horrible and will not admit to mistakes and bugs in their own software. We couldn't go live because integrations were not working properly and EDI + 3PL integrations never got set up. If you're looking for a legit and accurate inventory management, WMS, or ERP software, Cin7 is definitely NOT the software you are looking for. **What problems is Cin7 Omni solving and how is that benefiting you?** We searched for software that can handle inventory management, accounting, and warehouse management. Their GUI is one of the best out there, avoiding complications and simplifying the most complicated processes, but it still lacks a full enterprise-level software system for our needs. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** CIN7 is great but it still has some tweaks in keeping inventory accurate, but also we take into account we do not use barcodes yet. Also, when purchasing products from our manufacture and having the items in transit, We are not able to reserve stock when it is incoming in a container. **Recommendations to others considering Cin7 Omni:** Be sure to scout around at other products such as Fishbowl, Netsuite, and others before deciding on CIN7. CIN7 does have a beautiful GUI and ease of use, but if it does not fit the parameters of your business. Lots of integrations as well to make sure you have what you need. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** Not the best transparency in what is happening. Automated Stock transfers don't have reasons listed and their support is increadibly slow unless you pay for premium support. As well, a lot of the features and systems (POs, Production Jobs, Sales Orders) look and feel the same, which makes them confusing to use, and often results in user errors that the system wont warn you about. The system gets very complicated very quickly and numbers can then fall out of sync unless regularly reviewed and audited. **Recommendations to others considering Cin7 Omni:** Only go with this solution if your business operations are simple.
