**What do you like best about Cheers?**

Cheers is innovative. They move towards solutions that add real value to their clients. They accept feedback and use feedback to make strategic business decisions. They move incredibly fast. Their dashboards are intuitive and drive the right behavior. Getting onboarded was easy as well. The team is always available for a touch base or call for any reason. Love that they are willing to sit and brainstorm strategies with you on how their services best suit your business needs.

**What do you dislike about Cheers?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Cheers.

**What problems is Cheers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They increase the number of captured reviews exponentially. For in-person retail shops or home-service based jobs, the ability to capture reviews in the moment is huge. It takes away the need to wait and hope someone decides to leave a review. The physical touch of a tap to a phone is simple but appears futuristic and reduces friction for customers.

**What do you like best about Cheers?**

The customer support has been awesome. I've worked with Dylan and he is so rapid in getting back to me. The badges have worked great for our business, and we are really climbing in GEO/SEO. The employees love using it and we are having a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Cheers?**

Understanding they are a startup, they have moved really quick. However, I''m excited for more features to come out. I'm positive we will find a lot of value - just waiting as they are defining in the GEO space.

**What problems is Cheers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to be easier to find so we can book weddings, etc. I give Cheers to each of my guys and it helps me know if we are being found and is helping us climb up in the rankings. It's been awesome for us so far.

**What do you like best about Cheers?**

The employees at Cheers have been a pleasure to work with. Anytime I had a question, concern, or even an idea to make the program better they were receptive and answered quickly. And their product is amazing, just in the first year of using it the company I worked for was able to gain over 75,000+ reviews.

**What do you dislike about Cheers?**

Obviously they are still a startup company so they don’t have the infrastructure of a large company (yet), but even with that I never felt like we were not a priority for them.

**What problems is Cheers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheers completely changed everything for the company I worked for when it came to Google reviews and helping get real reviews from real customers.

**What do you like best about Cheers?**

The team is absolutely incredible. They come in, do a full analysis of where you stand across all review sites, social mentions, blog posts, etc. and give you a battle plan on how to improve it. This was incredibly comprehensive. They're based in San Francisco and have connections at a lot of the AI companies, so were able to provide insights that most others wouldn't be able to! They're great to work with, and their product is easy to use. You really won't regret working with the team.

**What do you dislike about Cheers?**

Honestly, no major downsides. GEO & AI optimization is the wild west right now, but these guys will make sure you feel comfortable and in-control so your brand will end up on top. They are still a startup, so you'll be working regularly with the founding team, which can be a con for some folks.

**What problems is Cheers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheers helped my company make, and execute a strategy that helped us show up #1 on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and all of the above. Most of the GEO companies out there right now are too focused on selling to other software or ecommerce brands. Cheers, on the other hand has deep industry experience with home services, and we really felt it. 

We're starting to see more customers referred to us through LLMs, and now with some of the news around being able to purchase services right through ChatGPT & stripe, Cheers is helping us develop a strategy to stay ahead and be the only company in our area to implement these things that are becoming necessary.
