The app is very helpful and makes it easy to reach customers quickly. It includes all the features I need for my work and supports smooth daily operations.

The support team is amazing, especially Mirra, who explained all the details clearly and guided me step by step on how to use the app effectively. Because of her great support and clarification, I decided to subscribe to the app.

One of the challenges I face is delayed response when engaging with customers, which sometimes affects presenting offers and closing sales smoothly. I’m still exploring Chaty and discovering its features, and I believe it can help improve communication efficiency and reduce these issues over time.

I loved being able to upload educational content along with product information and organize it into categories, so my clients could quickly find the answers they needed. I also appreciate that the bot learns about my product and background, and can interact with visitors on my site. 

Having the bot is great because I'm often in a different time zone than my market. This means that my visitors always feel our presence. 

I'm looking forward to learning more features and making the most our of the app. 

Have to say —  customer support is instant, professional and on target. That means the world to me.

I like how flexible it is - you can upload a lot of FAQ sources and really tailor it to your needs. Setup is simple, the interface is clean, and the support is quick and helpful. The demo experience was smooth and pleasant, and it has already helped close a few conversions in a short time.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, as you need to configure quite a few settings to get the best results. However, this is understandable given the level of customization available.

Chatty solves the problem of being able to quickly respond to customers in different countries and time zones. Since we’re not always available locally, it gives customers instant answers and makes it easier for them to decide and complete a purchase.

Chatty is incredibly helpful and provides our customers with a wide range of product information and suggestions quite quickly. For a human to offer the same level of support it would take quite a lot of effort and time. I like the enthusiasm that Chatty brings and the configuration options are very extensive.

**What do you dislike about Chatty?**

If a customer is angry or continues to challenge Chatty it will attempt to handover the ticket to a human, but our customer team does not monitor the chats real time. This causes confusion and frustration. Chatty just needs to let the customer know to contact our customer team via email for assistance. However, I can see there have been some updates to Chatty in recent weeks that should help resolve this particular issue.

Chatty has been a great addition to our customer communication stack. It’s intuitive to use, easy to set up, and does exactly what we need without much complexity. The platform helps streamline conversations and keeps everything organised, which has made a noticeable difference to response times and customer experience.

A special mention to Hazel, who has been fantastic to deal with, incredibly helpful, responsive and making sure we get the most out of the platform. Support like that makes a big difference.

After a few months of operational testing, we don't really find any problem with its use! The application is easy to install and follow. Perhaps have an analytical dashboard to further analyze customer behavior...

Initially, we wanted to reduce the time spent responding to customers about the status of their orders, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. Even though all this information was clearly on the site and easily accessible, we spent a lot of time on support.
Chatty completely changed the game; it handles 99% of customer support and addresses customer concerns while also offering product suggestions up to the point of customer order.
It's truly incredible because we can easily connect Chatty to the Chatbox, the email inbox, and the WhatsApp account.

While I haven't used Chatty extensively yet, I'm already impressed with what I've experienced so far. The setup process was incredibly easy, it took less than 10 minutes to get the chatbot integrated into my Shopify store with zero coding required. The app automatically synced with my product catalog and store information overnight, which eliminated the tedious manual configuration I was expecting. Umm, I would likeit if it did cards for all data, like we have locations... about 14-15 of them, and it does pull the data from it... but it doesnt place it into a pretty card kinda like products.

First of all, it's very flexible in all the features, from appearance to AI set up to escalation rules and feedback management, we are getting very good results at handling customer requests. Then, support is extraordinary: everytime I ask, they are ready to help and provide a solution in no time.

The back of house set up is quite complex and needs constantly refining in order to ensure the correct responses are given.

An excellent service team. The AI ​​chatbot feature saves on customer service labor costs.  Features like the service feedback and rating system also help improve the company's customer service system.

I would have preferred to remove the Home Page option. However, customer support was able to help me resolve the issue using CSS code. So I guess this doesn't really count as something I "dislike" about Chatty.

**What do you like best about Chatty?**

I am extremely pleased with the level of integration with Shopify and how easy it is to set up the AI and the chat functionality itself. It trains off of your products and FAQ pages so unlike our past solution, we do not have to maintain an extensive knowledge base with redundant information just for the chatbot. Honestly, the customer support was a concern since we are used to having a dedicated account rep with our previous solution but even though we have used the standard live chat support, answers are always within seconds, very well written and helpful, and never irrelevant. They listen to feedback and have engineers review requests as they are genuinely trying to improve their product.

**What do you dislike about Chatty?**

Chatty needs to improve the robustness of its reporting. It has high level analytics but lacks the features to get agent-level performance details for performance tracking in a contact center.

**What problems is Chatty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous AI chat solution was very rigid and could not respond to customers intents, for example if a customer said "Thank you" it would take that as a new question rather than simply acknowledging the customer. The integration with Shopify, knowledge of our products and stock levels, abilities geared towards driving sales, and the ease of setup and maintenance solved some major pain points from our prior solution.

Nice functions & good UI overview, th integrations are seemless and effecient, it doesnt hurt the perfomance of the website at all. i think the pricing is ok, we needed an extra language and that was doable with the first plan. support form hana was ook and the AI we are still working on to see how it works.

The Chatty app works just as I needed it to and the staff is top shelf good.  If they were a bottle of whiskey, they would be Pappy Van Winkle!  I've needed help several times on the chat and they answer quickly 7 days a week and fix my problem in minutes. I wish all apps were as good as this one.

There are no downsides, great app and company.
