Nice functions & good UI overview, th integrations are seemless and effecient, it doesnt hurt the perfomance of the website at all. i think the pricing is ok, we needed an extra language and that was doable with the first plan. support form hana was ook and the AI we are still working on to see how it works.

So far nothing, the support was good and the software works.

The customer support is always on-point and they are super fast and very helpful and friendly!

Sometimes it can be hard to get the AI to understand something, however I know that it is still learning and it does take time and effort, so some of this could be on our side and regardless of this, the customer service are super fast to help!

What I like best about Chatty is the AI assistant itself — it’s fast, reliable, and very easy to work with. I can also train it with my own data and give it information that isn’t already in its system, and it’s able to generate accurate responses based on that.

What I dislike about Chatty is that there’s no dedicated mobile app. On a phone, it’s less convenient because I have to open it through a browser every time.

The support team is fantastic, and the product offers excellent value. I also appreciate that new features are introduced every month. The app is really easy to set up.

There isn't a dedicated mobile app, so the experience for the support team on mobile devices could be better. Unfortunately the current functionalities are not sufficient for us to start using Chatty for our email support.

The Chatty app works just as I needed it to and the staff is top shelf good.  If they were a bottle of whiskey, they would be Pappy Van Winkle!  I've needed help several times on the chat and they answer quickly 7 days a week and fix my problem in minutes. I wish all apps were as good as this one.

There are no downsides, great app and company.

They assisted me with setting up the live chat and were there to help when the AI bot responded to customer inquiries.

I love how it allows our customers to receive very quick answers, pulled from our site. the help team is always very quick to jump in if I ever have questions (I have many... all the time) and they always answer with care. shout-out to Jade who always assists promptly! she does her best to understand my question +  goal, and make it happen.

**What do you dislike about Chatty?**

The AI bot can be a little glitchy at times. It requires consistent maintenance from us, but it's not super hard to keep up with.

It's helping us get answers to our customers faster, and it cuts down on CS inquiries.
