The fact that it's evolving very very quickly, implementing requests from customers, and are always available to assist and fix issues. This tool was not designed with any planning or a modicum of effort; it exists entirely to give the appearance that these AI agents are saving you time. Legal Contracts are generated throughout protracted timelines; not expected for a serious company like Ironclad and Docusign.

It consistently messes with the information in the fields and glitches out, editing the variables.

It cannot resend the agreement or send it again; ensuring the agreement is sitting in their inbox without a clear way to resend beyond just recreating or cancelling the agreement.

It's UI is clunky, its layout more akin to a Pollock painting than anything you should navigate. Its rules are intuitive, its design is weak.

It's slow, buggy, and missing the functionality you'd expect from these types of tools. The create contract functionality is difficult to find, complicated to use, and wastes a lot of time for both sales and salesOps teams. You can't edit a contract without recreating the whole thing from scratch, you can't see when a client has received or opened the contract, and you can't manually sign a contract. I like that Chamelio is easy to integrate. The great service really stands out, and I appreciate how the tool is designed for in-house lawyers rather than external ones. Unlike all other AI tools, the word integration makes things smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
