The core output of the model is of high quality, and I feel as if I have an additional team member in the department. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** There is nothing I see fit to mention here. Based on more than two years of acquaintance with the team, whenever they become aware of something that might fall into the category of "something I do not like about the product," they will resolve it. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chamelio knows how to create connectivity between different parts of my daily legal work. I draft faster, sharper, and am aware of additional elements that I might not have addressed quickly. That said, the Chamelio team has been very responsive and flexible throughout this process, so any such issues have been minor and handled quickly. Overall, these points do not materially detract from the strong value of the platform. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chamelio is helping us address key challenges around contract management, efficiency, task tracking, database handling, and search. The platform allows us to centralize contracts, related data, and follow-up tasks in a single, organized environment. This makes it much easier to track the status of matters, manage ongoing work, retrieve information, and ensure that important items do not fall through the cracks. The contract review process is particularly strong. It is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly, making it simple to review, manage, and move contracts forward efficiently. This ease of use helps improve adoption and allows team members to work with the platform confidently and with minimal friction. The benefit is clear: our work is more efficient, better organized, and easier to manage. Instead of spending unnecessary time searching for documents or manually tracking tasks, Chamelio allows us to focus more on the substance of the work. Its database and search capabilities also help us make better use of existing information, respond more quickly, and maintain greater visibility across our workflows. Unfortunately, the platform is really non-intuitive, complicated to use, still has a lot of bugs (on some days, I was reporting close to 5-6 bugs a day to our operation team) and is lacking a lot of self-serve features. The support was unfortunately very slow to receive our feedback and implement changes when this tool is supposed to be a critical part of our day to day. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** Unintuitive Bugs Not ready for the market **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, unfortunately Chamelio brought more problems to my day to day at work than before ### 4. Beyond the great service, the entire contract lifecycle management (CLM) system is very user friendly and eliminate a lot of manual friction. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** Honestly, we don't have any major complaints or dislikes. The platform is serving us well, and the team is always assisting with any requests we have. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves major operational bottlenecks for our legal department. It’s now very easy to see who is handling which agreement, to find in our repository existing agreements, create customized workflows, and is a hub for all of our templates. Its UI gives the impression that it is doing a lot with its AI agents. It does have a Salesforce Integration. It’s working, and I can log in. Pricing is its best value proposition; it offers a low-cost alternative. With its limited customer base, they reply quickly to feature requests and have shown they can add new features. It has ‘AI agents’, its biggest marketing feature. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** This tool was not designed with any planning or a modicum of effort; it exists entirely to give the appearance that these AI agents are saving you time. Legal Contracts are generated throughout protracted timelines; not expected for a serious company like Ironclad and Docusign. It consistently messes with the information in the fields and glitches out, editing the variables. It cannot resend the agreement or send it again; ensuring the agreement is sitting in their inbox without a clear way to resend beyond just recreating or cancelling the agreement. It's UI is clunky, its layout more akin to a Pollock painting than anything you should navigate. Its rules are intuitive, its design is weak. Do not expect to see this in use for more than three weeks before your employees demand a new tool or replacement. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's utilized to send legal agreements to clients. ### 8. The create contract functionality is difficult to find, complicated to use, and wastes a lot of time for both sales and salesOps teams. You can't edit a contract without recreating the whole thing from scratch, you can't see when a client has received or opened the contract, and you can't manually sign a contract.
