Breathe is easy to use with the same icons used througout to navigate accross the different functionality. It is focused on the type of client we work with, SME's with under 200 employees and works for a range of industries. Extra add on's mean that more functionality can be incorpoarted for an additional cost where needed. It is cost effective compared to other similar software on the market and means that our clients people data is all in one centralised location, saving them time. Breathe is focused on SME's with under 250 employees so for larger organisations there may be other software which is more suited but Breathe will cater for these clients also. It covers all the bases for a small business such as ours, and the ease of managing holidays, personal records, reviews and documents all in one place has saved us a lot of admin time.
