Uploading documents is quick and staff can add and update their own information for approval which is fantastic and helps minimise admin processes. **What do you dislike about Breathe?** There's no way of automating notifications to non-HR users of other staff absences. It would be great if line managers could be notified in advance and also on the day of their staff absences. We're a small company so it's not too difficult to email and let staff know, but it wastes time when it could be an automated process. **What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time taken to process annual leave has been cut by at least 80%. As a manger it is great to have one safe and secure space to keep all HR documents and info togheter. Booking leave is easy to do and manage, sickness is easy to record and monitor and all 1:1 paperwork can also be saved on there. I love the fact that it works it all out for me and I don't have to spend hours with spreadsheets. When I've contacted support they've been really quick to respond and helpful in solving my issue **What do you dislike about Breathe?** There's nothing really to dislike. It took me a while to work out configuaration, but there was plenty of guidance and help to do so. In our organisation, an employee can have two line managers so it would be helpful to do that in the organisation structure (maybe you can but I couldn't work it out) **What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a very small business, previously I was managing absence and holidays on a spreasheet. A function that is used often is now hidden under another tab. **What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to keep track on sickness/absence. We are able to see if an employee has taken an alarming amount of sick days that would then trigger an HR interview with them. Getting documents read and signed by all staff - some installers and sales managers that work remotely or mostly out on site are hard to catch and get them to sign.
