"Replaced SharePoint 2010 for our customer "

What do you like best?

Very easy to use as an intranet and comms portal, the support from the CentricMinds team is very impressive and pleasing. Our customer has moved from SharePoint 2010 Foundation and has requested many changes over the last 12 months and CentricMinds have been able to meet their needs.

What do you dislike?

All good, no dislikes, customer is pleased.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The team at CM work really hard to get the best outcome for our client and have managed to deliver many requested customisation to meet the customers growing needs. They are a great company to partner with and their product is very easy to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our customer is using CentricMinds as their primary intranet and comms tool.

One of the main drivers for change was mobility support as our client has a large and varied workforce that is not always in front of a computer and delivering communications to all users has helped with employee engagement.

"One of the most reliable group of professionals I've ever worked with "

What do you like best?

CentricMInd's excellent client service, thoroughness in explanation and commitment to superior client satisfaction. When there were connectivity issues, despite the problem being generated within our company, the CentricMinds team worked effortlessly to identify the root cause in order to assist our IT team in fixing the problem. The CEO and the CTO of CentricMinds have been excellent business partners.

The system is intuitive, highly customizable and I know that it is a platform that will continue to grow with the company, meeting diverse needs as the complexity of our business grows.

What do you dislike?

The only dislike is around the flexibility of the text field...for example, using different bullet points, or creating excel like diagrams within a text field can be difficult.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the CentricMInds intranet for:

- Employee directory

- Communication of important announcements and reminders

- Hosting important forms that are a critical part of our business operations (ex. onboarding new third-parties)

- Defining roles and responsibilities of departments

- Storing key policies, procedures, and forms

"Suitable and superior SharePoint Replacement"

What do you like best?

Document management, office plugin, customization, support team. We have the ability to customize and create almost any tool or database with a great deal of intelligence. The support team and knowledge base are reliable and thorough. Most questions I have had about the product are answered by the knowledge base, others are a fast response from the team. I am able to customize and modify the product to suit any ongoing need we have and have done so since deployment.

What do you dislike?

Any issue I have had with CentricMinds has been resolved in a very brief period after contacting the support department.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Talk to the Team. They will take the time and make sure you have what you need in CentricMinds. For us, they demonstrated the product twice, once for the administrators and once for the initial team of users. On both occasions the team were thorough and nothing short of impressive. They were open to questions and were flexible with the demonstration. The result was a team that knew the high expectations they had for CentricMinds would be met. Anything other than the OOBE experience with CentricMinds may require development from the team, I highly suggest this path as they will meet your expectations.

"Great product, great company"

What do you like best?

Centric Minds is a company with some very talented people and that shows in their product. It also shows in the level of support and customization our company gets from them. The software is easy to use but has all the benefits of being a high-end tech product. The team is very helpful and they want to empower you to take control of the product.

What do you dislike?

As a company based in the US, it's difficult to work with a company whose support team is in Australia. It makes same-day problem solving impossible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Broken internal communication, segmented departments, and slow-to-change company culture. We are using the software as an intranet platform and it has helped with those issues and more.

"Most intuitive and flexible CMS I've used."

What do you like best?

The product is flexible and easy to use, Centric's developers do all they can to understand our business needs with enhancements and customisation. The infrastructure is easy to maintain and logical, holding up under extreme user loads.

What do you dislike?

Support team are great to deal with, but possibly under-resourced.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The Centric Minds team are a delight to work with - technical knowledge and solutions are second to none. As a CMS the product out-performs many high-cost systems and is totally flexible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CentricMinds supports SA Emergency Services with 8 websites - comprising 4500 pages and 12500 files - all in one implementation making technical management easy and quick. Excellent user and permissions management makes sharing content across sites easier than any system I've used previously. Workflow ensures up-to-date and accurate content. The system is easily customisable and the feature set matches much higher priced systems.
