What do you like best?
CentricMInd's excellent client service, thoroughness in explanation and commitment to superior client satisfaction. When there were connectivity issues, despite the problem being generated within our company, the CentricMinds team worked effortlessly to identify the root cause in order to assist our IT team in fixing the problem. The CEO and the CTO of CentricMinds have been excellent business partners.
The system is intuitive, highly customizable and I know that it is a platform that will continue to grow with the company, meeting diverse needs as the complexity of our business grows.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike is around the flexibility of the text field...for example, using different bullet points, or creating excel like diagrams within a text field can be difficult.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use the CentricMInds intranet for:
- Employee directory
- Communication of important announcements and reminders
- Hosting important forms that are a critical part of our business operations (ex. onboarding new third-parties)
- Defining roles and responsibilities of departments
- Storing key policies, procedures, and forms
