I appreciate the flexibility it offers in handling surveys, as it provides options for how much of the process to handle independently versus how much support to receive from Centiment. I am impressed with Centiment's ability to provide quick answers to survey questions by leveraging their pre-recruited audiences, which saves me the hassle of finding participants myself. I would prefer greater depth to panels-they can reflect the most likely people to belong to a survey panel, which isn't always the makeup my clients need. However, Centiment does a great job in working within their panel to find the survey participants I need. Their tool has a learning curve but was easy to use once I'd learned all the question types and I had human contacts to answer any of my questions during the learning process. I'd prefer a bit more flexibility in question type and ability to add elements (like an audio narration option for the questions for certain segments) but the tool is comprable to any other basic survey tool on the market.
