**What do you like best about Centiment?**

I use Centiment as an agile, all-in-one platform for fast, actionable consumer and market research. It’s my go-to when I need to go from a question to insights in hours—not weeks. I rely on it for concept testing, ad copy validation, brand tracking, customer satisfaction deep dives, and quick demographic or behavioral profiling of target audiences. I find the targeting feature sophisticated yet accessible, as I can target respondents based on detailed behaviors, interests, purchase intent, and even brand affinities. The targeting feels sharp and relevant, which leads to higher-quality, more applicable data for decision-making. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

I find the cost for high-volume or niche audiences to be a downside. The convenience and speed come at a premium.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

I use Centiment to classify thoughts and feedback from my customers, which helps me understand how they feel about my products. It helps me measure my audience's reaction on my social media pages. I am able to analyze the comments, mentions, and hashtag conversations effectively on my social media pages. I can know if the sentiments captured are improving or declining and vividly see what topics trigger negative conversation. It's just superb! I love all the features in Centiment. Their service is great! The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

I find Centiment to be intuitive and easy to set up, allowing me to understand its features without the need for in-depth guidance. I appreciate the flexibility it offers in handling surveys, as it provides options for how much of the process to handle independently versus how much support to receive from Centiment. The setup process was smooth, and I was able to manage most of it myself, while customer success support was readily available for any questions. I am impressed with Centiment's ability to provide quick answers to survey questions by leveraging their pre-recruited audiences, which saves me the hassle of finding participants myself. The confidence in quality results is reinforced by the expertise of survey professionals who ensure the surveys are well-constructed to capture the desired attention and engagement. Moreover, I appreciate the robust sentiment reports provided, which allow for further data analysis in tools like Google Sheets. Ultimately, I value Centiment's ease of use, reliability, and efficiency in delivering necessary insights, making it a tool I would confidently repurchase.

Some of the product UI is not as obvious as I would like it to be. I wish it could be fully self-service without us ever having to reach out, which would make it easier.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

The tool itself is very useful for delivering great customer perspective. This allows for educational insights as well as helping to tailor our sales & marketing materials for clients to a more relevant degree.

In particular, Derek McIntosh has been a tremendous resource as a customer rep. He's always willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure the best possible experience. He has made the experience quite enjoyable, let alone useful for our business.

Not a thing! The team has been helpful and with the exception of a couple audiences we couldn't hit, it's been great.

Responsive, easy to work with, provide feasibility, support translations which is huge, honest about their reach in niche markets, and have been able to support global insights studies effectively and efficiently. Their customer success service is great.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

The price was a great deal for us but what sealed the deal was how impressed I was by the customer support. We are a new client, a nonprofit conducting research at a mass anonymous scale for the first time - and Jacob in the Denver office quickly got on the phone to answer my questions, and supported the whole process with me from survey design to launch to sending me the results. It was end-to-end supportive and we absolutely got our money's worth.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

Nothing at all. I found everything top notch. I would like more information about where they find and how they compensate survey responders, but that is more curiosity than any question about integrity of the product.

Highlights:

Outstanding Guidance: Austin Olea (at the Denver office) was excellent and provided exceptional support throughout the process.
Professional Service: The team was professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs.

I highly recommend Centiment for anyone looking to conduct surveys or choice experiments!

While the high cost of programming the survey instrument was challenging, it ultimately proved beneficial. This investment in time and resources forced me to learn how to effectively use Qualtrics, enhancing my survey design and programming skills.

Despite the initial expense, the knowledge gained has been invaluable for future projects.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

I like the contact with Centiment's staff-they've been very helpful and quick to respond with accurate quotes. They've filled every panel to our specifications and I've found the results of my subsequent analyses high quality and replicable. I rarely have to exclude cases that have passed their quality checks. Their survey tool functions well.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

I would prefer greater depth to panels-they can reflect the most likely people to belong to a survey panel, which isn't always the makeup my clients need. However, Centiment does a great job in working within their panel to find the survey participants I need. Their tool has a learning curve but was easy to use once I'd learned all the question types and I had human contacts to answer any of my questions during the learning process. I'd prefer a bit more flexibility in question type and ability to add elements  (like an audio narration option for the questions for certain segments) but the tool is comprable to any other basic survey tool on the market.

I'm able to utilize Centiment panels for my client surveys and capture both national and hyper local data utilizing their tools. I'm receiving high quality data from using their survey tools and panel.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

Being able to target a specific buyer in a brand new product space in B2B SaaS is invaluable. We got the exact insights we needed to validate a specific product and go-to-market decision. And we got them in a matter of days. I was very impressed with the efficacy, speed and level of support provided.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the rep was pushing me towards structuring the survey in a specific way that wouldn't have given us the best results, largely because of a specific limitation of the survey tool: we couldn't programmatically validate one answer in reference to the value entered in another. In the end Centiment did manual clean up to invalidate responses so we got the insight we needed.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

I like that the dashboard is super straightforward and easy to use. It was simple in a way that supports your ability to put the survey together. There are enough options to make it custom and on brand but not too many options that you're left wondering how the heck to input all the information you want to collect. 

I loved working with our Project Manager, Hannah. She guided us through the whole process and was extremely responsive. We were working with an audience that required a disqualification question, which she helped setup for us. She ensured all respondents were good quality and filtered out any random outliers. I trusted that she would help get our survey across the finish line. 

We fully intend to use Centiment again in the near future.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

No negative feedback. We were completely happy with our experience.

**What problems is Centiment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to gather proof for our product. We are a software company that sells online fundraising software. We wanted to prove that our modern forms are preferred when compared to a competitor. Centiment allowed us to build a survey which we show to respondents who have donated to nonprofits online in the last three years. We were also looking at gaining insight into their motivations behind donating AND the preferences based on age groups. All of these were made possible with Centiment.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

The overall experience was excellent. Eric helped us to set up our survey and tweak  it for optimal results. When the survey was complete, they ran a soft-launch collecting 20% of the contracted results. After the completion of the soft launch we had the opportunity to rewrite aa question in the survey that was not communicating correctly, before the full launch. Then the survey was launched and Centiment collected the full number of responses on top of the responses from the soft launch. I would use them again!

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

I would like to have known how the survey was presented to the surveyees (I.e. what was the title that they see?), but I forgot to ask. I'm sure Eric would have been happy to explain it.

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

1. Excellent customer service and support throughout the entire survey process
2. Survey platform accommodated nearly all of our different requirements
3. Findings were delivered within the platform as well as a .CSV file that we could manipulate and analyze
4. Transparency from the start in terms of what the platform can and cannot do (reach, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

1. Centiment needs to build its audience in certain countries, industries, and job titles/responsibilities. We had to "punt" on including several EMEA countries in our survey because they don't have large enough pool of job titles and industries in those countries.

**What problems is Centiment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used another survey platform for past surveys and had to go back multiple times to get them to correct errors and recheck suspicious data findings. The survey findings are used for an annual thought leadership report used for lead generation and brand awareness. We need a survey platform that is easy to use, delivers the level of complexity some of our Q&A requires, and comes with great customer support. Centiment met all of these requirements. We also did not want to break the bank (very cost effective solution).

-Prices are very reasonable. Quotes are firm, so no surprise fees. Demographic questions are included for free. 
-The reps work with you to reach your target audience and will continue fielding if subgroup sampling targets fall short. Reps also screen data quality to ensure thay are giving you quality responses
-Can easily schedule time to talk with a rep.
-We can use our existing survey tools to build projects.

-Sometimes fielding takes more than the estimated 4-6 business days.

I've worked with a couple of project managers at Centiment and both have acted with good knowledge and expertise.  They are timely and communicative and have made delivery of my projects flow smoothly.

There is really little to complain about.

The provide access to respondents I need for my research surveys I run through the Alchemer platform.  They provide support not just at targeting respondents but also helping by setting term logic and quotas to ensure the right respondents fill out my surveys.

I was looking for a platform that could help me filter survey participants by location, and I believe I hit the jackpot! Not only did I find what I needed, but I also got so much more. Hannah, my assigned contact, was an absolute gem! She was quick, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions and even helped me fine-tune the survey structure. Couldn't be happier with the support I received! It is going to be my top choice for a survey platform from now on.
Another plus is the ease of use and the possibility to integrate with other popular survey platforms.

The only downside is because their account managers are US-based, and we're UK-based, it can be a bit of a delay finalising details and getting things up and running.

We worked one-on-one with Austin and he was super helpful in getting us set up, even though we had a lot of questions throughout the process.

Just be aware--they integrate with Qualtrics but not necessarily Qualtrics Conjoint, which requires a more advanced Qualtrics account.

We have to get quotes for clients for different areas all the time, and it would be nice to be able to input the zip codes and other variables and see what our options are without having to bug our rep all the time, even though he is very responsive and helpful!

**What do you like best about Centiment?**

It was very easy to get in contact with Centiment, and after a short moment trying to establish a quote (this was updated several times accordingly at short notice), we then worked together to publish my survey and secure 400 responses in Argentina. A special mention must go to My project manager, Hannah Pratt, who worked tirelessly to ensure the project was carried out swiftly and methodically. She was incredibly helpful, responsive to all issues and questions, readily available at short notice, and enthusiastic to work with, constantly working to accommodate myself and my project; in short a great project partner who was very dedicated. Additionally, after purchasing the product, it was very easy to use and there was very good transparency throughout the entire process so that I knew what was going on, and how we were progressing. Would definitely recommend working with Centiment and her in particular.

I do not have anything really that I disliked about Centiment. I guess the only thing that could have been marginally better was greater response over the weekend as I had some important questions to resolve, but even then, a lack of response over the weekend is completely understandable, and my manager Hannah did manage to resolve 1 of the issues I had over the weekend.

I found Centiment a great partner for conducting brand awareness surveys in client markets. The platform is very easy to use and customer support is top-notch. My client advisor took my audience makeup requirements and purpoose of the survey and recommended the number of completes for each markets and built the audience for the survey I built in their platform. It was very easy to implement and conduct the surveys.

**What do you dislike about Centiment?**

The only downside I have found is on the data analysis side but that is most likely due to my lack of access to more powerful tools like SPSS or lack of comfort with Looker Studio/Power BI. I have to do a bunch of manual manipulation in Excel with the survey data, but that's not on Centiment.

I conduct annual brand awareness reports for clients and Centiment is perfect for fielding the surveys to gather the data I need to compile the reports.

I've used a number of B2B panel vendors and hands-down Centiment is my top choice. Here's why:
*Provide excellent support from getting an initial bid to reviewing your survey before it's fielded and providing their own thoughts on what might improve it, when needed. I appreciate that they take the time to do this and appreciate their thoughts and opinions from the perspective of someone who sees hundreds or thousands of surveys a year.
*Audience responses have proven to be high-quality. I've asked very technical open-ended questions to some of my B2B audiences and the responses have been on-target, further validating that Centiment has high-quality audiences. I have paid more per response with other vendors, including those that are "Research Defender" approved, and found bot-like responses in open-ended questions, so I tend to trust Centiment more than almost any other vendor I've worked with.
*Cost-effective. Centiment tends to almost always be the most cost-effective option while delivering the most valid, high-quality responses. If they can meet my needs as far as feasibility, I will almost always select them.
*Also have one of the easiest processes for transfer my survey for fielding.

It's been a really positive experience so far. Like all random device engagement panels, there is always some concerns about sample representativeness. Also, it may sometimes be tough to go after some high SES groups, who may not view the level of incentives as enticing.
