This seems to be the most inexpensive and yet targeted way to get a poll out to the public. We wanted 400 survey completions from Australians and that is what we got. All 14 questions fully complete with verbatims, qual, qant the lot. We set up enough safeguards that I can see they are real people giving their honest opinion. It is really easy to set up a survey and even easier to field. The responses come back so quickly. I am blown away by the user interface, the ease of cross-tabbing, and the high-level summaries that are delivered to your inbox after fielding has ended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had a magic wand, I’d wish I could use Pollfish to reach truly niche audiences. I don’t have a premium account, so maybe there are additional features I still need to explore, but it would be great if we could field B2B surveys with high-level executives in the same short timeframe that you can field consumer studies. Pollfish made it immediately easy and intuitive to create a survey, either manually or with the AI prompt. And it was great to see the pricing dynamically update based on number and complexity of questions and audience. The platform had a good interface to review the survey results, but no interface to look at the demographic data. I had to ask for help (which was fast) but the answer was to download the Excel file and look at a separate tab with 600 lines of respondent demographic data. The entire process. Seeing the value of the survey go and up by how you edit the survey was unreal. The range of options available for each question, the AI survey creator built into the website, the review and recommendations for each question, the support chat with a human was prompt and very nice. The large pool of verified consumers to gain fast insights from. This particular attribute to me makes Pollfish stand out above other platforms. Some of the features are clunky and can become more user friendly; they should benchmark SurveyMonkey more closely when it comes to the versitility of survey creation, for example, copying quesitons, editing and moving questions, copying surveys, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked it's simplicity, and it's direct way of showing pricing and the options they can provide for you.

Their customer support was also great, immidiate personal response with direct points of action I could take in order to make the survey work quickly and effectively.

When I tried to use Mturk to run a survey I had to e-mail their support team and am still waiting on them to take action (1 week later). So I think that says enough.

Amazing experience! So much better than PickFu. The questionnaire build is so intuitive. Pricing package is easy to understand. No piling on of extra charges. Straightforward. The team approved right away, even had suggestions. Support was so responsive when I had a question about teams permissioning. Could not believe how fast the 500 survey responses happened. Data was so comprehensive. We got exactly what we needed and were able to slice the data in so many effective ways. Great reporting. Highly recommend. Plan to use Pollfish again. Nothing really. Would love if you could easily duplicate the survey you sent to panelists, then also send link to your own list. There is a great build your own feature, but I had to recreate the survey. No biggie. But the ability to easily dupe would save me time. I sent a preview link by accident.
