It is fully customizable and the customer service is the best I have ever received from any company bar none! The software is constantly being upgraded and we NEVER experience downtime. I have submitted requests for upgrades and they are taken seriously and generally, they are implemented. CDLSuite is a fantastic company to partner with! **What do you dislike about CDL Suite?** I never had a single issue and there is actually nothing I dislike about the product.
