**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

I use Transport Pro for our Asset Based trucking company, and I really like that it allows for easy management of drivers, equipment, and orders, ensuring that things are organized appropriately. One of the features I appreciate is that we can keep track of our drivers and make sure they get paid on time. The settlement menu is easy to work with, and the automatic sending of bills to the appropriate customer emails makes things even easier. I also like the settlements menu and process because it makes it easy for me to edit the data on the back end, ensuring everything lines up appropriately. From the billing perspective, we can set up exactly what documents we need to go to the customer, and once we have billed the order, it automatically sends from our system to theirs. The initial setup of Transport Pro was super easy and could be ready to use within 1 day.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

I wish that it was easier to integrate or had more data capabilities, but these all come at a cost that I am not ready to spend.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transport Pro helps organize drivers, equipment, and orders. It ensures timely driver payments and easy billing with automatic email sending, simplifying back-end editing and document setup.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

Transport Pro is great when we are talking about freight management. It offers a lot of options and data to accurately and easily offer and move freight. His interface is nice brings all the information needed in one sight.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

I have Transport Pro integrated with Carrier Assure. I don't like when I am looking for a carrier history that I don't have access to Carrier Assure score on the same page immediately. I need to click on "Carrier Assure Report". It is an inconvenience in my position (Carrier sales) when vetting carriers.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me the option to get access to all loads available in the company and the information for each one in one sight. I can book the loads, vet carriers, send tracking requests and follow up the freight.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

It is an easy way to manage, filter, organize, and offer the freight we have in the company. It is easy to use, it has great shortcuts and search utilities and it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Sometimes, it doesn't show new changes or updates in real-time and it is necessary to refresh the page to get the updates or changes. However, it is not a big issue.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can have a good visual of all freight we are managing at the company and how it is moving. I can log offers, check for the best option, and provide all the information to the carriers easily.

the way it works along with different platforms such as macropoint, or Carrier assure, or any other web page you would like to use the API with. The integration is flawless

I might now like the way it's presented, the Front End of Transport Pro could use a visual re work so everything gets a little better. nevertheless is a powerful tool

it's all our TMS, it gives the whole info for the loads, the process of booking and giving us the option to do the whole billling process wich is oustanding for me

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

Has a lot of information, and it doesn't overwhelm you. It is a beneficial tool and easy to use and understand.  The tabs are excellent; I love it more when you go to the Q search tab since it provides many options.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

The system is a complete tool; in my perspective, I don't have a complaint about it. Thank you!

With the new update, sending a text whenever you want to log in maintains our organization secures and out of any trouble with unauthorized access.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

The tool is straightforward to use looking for loads and trucks available, sometimes just putting the point A then you can see a lot of choices to pick and share.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

A little bit when looking into the filters, you go out to pick the load, and if you try to go back to the main screen, then it still shows the options from filters; it would be great if the filter clears by itself after each research to avoid removing it manually.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits I've realized are when you can offer different loads and info to the carriers instead of just the one they were calling for... in this case, they have plenty of options, and that's thanks to Tpro.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

Just a simple TMS system that has all the features you will need to move freight. I have worked with other TMS systems, like Mercury Gate and BlueYonder, and Transport pro is by far the easiest and most user friendly. Billing is easy to use and there aren't different levels that you have to enter in simple things like weight of the shipment, or the rate from the customer into the load, like in other TMS systems like Mercury Gate. The tracking is also layed out very simple, you can also search for past loads very easily to check for lane history. Running reports to help collect data is also a very helpful tool that I was able to use to help with rates when providing competitive pricing to your cusotmers.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

There are only a few things with Transport Pro that can be changed. I think it would be very helpful when you are filtering the planned, dispatched, or available loads that you can filter it to more than one specific customer. If you are able to filter the boards to a couple different customers, it would be very helpful. Also, when searching for the broker carriers in the system, once you click on whatever carrier you are searching for, it would be very convenient if it showed the previous loads, that certain carrier has ran for our company in the past.

**Recommendations to others considering Transport Pro:**

I would highly encourage using this TMS system, as it is very user-friendly, easy to use, and has all the tools that you will need to be successful in the transportation industry. There are a lot of issues with other TMS systems, like Mercury Gate, where you have many problems building multi-stop loads or even just entering in rates. With Transport Pro, they make things very easy to use.

I love how I am able to send live tracking updates to the customers on where the freight is at through Tpro. Proactive communication is a huge part of my success, and Transport Pro allows you to do so.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

those reminders on the top on the Load Management dashboard are so useful for having control over those loads with a critical status. I also think, tpro has user-friendly and intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Sometimes, Tpro takes a long time to save the updates on a load and load the new one. This long loading time can lag down a bit our process and make our work uneffective.

Haven't used the support team, so I am not able to answer the previous answer.

In my opinion, Tpro is a powerful TSM that has helped us to control all of our loads, getting the information we need by clicking on the load information and improving our efficiency by wasting less time while tracking and tracing.

I like that this program allows you to filter your board however you would like. as well as all of the features that are provided!

I wish there was an app version as there are times I need to access TP from my phone and this makes it difficult as everything is jumbled together and I'm unable to search loads. An app of TP or a simplified version of TP for the app would be very helpful in this fast past and busy industry

I find that TP makes it very easy for organizations as it has different color features, filters by date, customer, name, etc. I also like that you're able to save MC #'s of carriers in there and add notes and rate MC's so that we can look back at our notes when we go to use the carrier again

Having the ability to multitask within one system is a great ability. Logistics has many departments, and having them all in one software makes it easy to use and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

I do not have any issues with this system. I use the reporting tools daily, look into billing issues, and ensure dispatching and order-taking notes are in place.

**Recommendations to others considering Transport Pro:**

This company makes a very hectic industry seem easy. I enjoy the ease of this product, and the support offered to us.

Daily tracking is done from my teams in this system to ensure our drivers and teams are on track. This allows myself and my team to be free for our customers. Our day to day business practices are running very smooth due to TP doing some of this leg work for us we are able to manage our customers needs quickly.

The team working on keeping our systems up and running is quick and efficient with their work. 
Anytime we make a complaint about an issue, they always seem to fix it in a timely manner!
They are a great team to work with, and we appreciate all their help!

That there are still small issues here and there. Every so often there are issues with the system. Tho they are working to fix all the issues that we make them aware of, it's still a learning process.

Always use a computer with multiple monitors, it's so much easier to navigate everything that way.

I have been able to search all of our previous loads and lanes and carriers, making it a quick process to cover our loads and make closer relations with our carriers and our customers.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

For the most part it is easy to use, not much training is required to be able to use the system. The EDI intergration makes it very easy to be able to keep my customers updated on their loads.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Sometimes it seems that the servers can be a little slow at times, especially when running large reports, but it's been a while since I've noticed and it's only a small issue.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to link the EDI with my customers system makes things easy as it updates both us and the customer in one go, making it seamless and easier not having to constantly reach out to the customer, as they can access the information and our system will update their when delivered. This also save them having to keep reaching out to us also

The ability to request new features and have them implemented. Being able to easily export data into a CSV allows you to pull information into a spreadsheet and change it how you want.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Some reporting can really slow down the system and will crash it. You can view edits in the system but cannot view what the user edited. It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to see what edits are made within a load by that user.

**Recommendations to others considering Transport Pro:**

Anything you want to change, offer it to Tpro. They are often more than willing to add features based on your ideas.

We are being less reliant on 3rd party load board systems. Tpro has integrated more active capacity tools that allows us to use our own capacity to book shipments.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

TPro has a quick learning curve which helped when I first got introduced to the platform. Since then, it has been easy to train all of my new people. Especially with each section being so obviously labeled.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

As someone who has a diverse set of job titles that I directly manage. I would like to see more options for classification. For example I would love to see an option for adding an SDR or "sales support" option while adding a new account. This would allow for easier tracking for companies that use this sales setup.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems that Transport Pro helps me with revolve around customer development. It is a secondary lead database that revolves around what my team has been able to close in the past.

It is easy to jump between sections, and find exactly what you need. I like keeping track of my sales with it. I appreciate the seamless integration of tracking and tracing loads.

Well, sometimes it can be a bit laggy as it is a website based software. So heavy use in office can cause wait times at peak times of the day. Other than that, I wouldnt have any complaints.

This will help your business. I highly recommend it. It should help make your whole company and organization better.

The accessibility and how easy it is to navigate the system. I do like how easy it is to read everything and to navigate through all of the tools provided in the system.

Tpp can be very slow at times and you are trying to work and sometimes the system cannot keep up with you. You sometimes have to refresh the whole page and then you have to start over.

I would recommend this service for any logistics or administrative use.

Solving building, dispatching, booking, and editing loads. As well as checking performance reports and keeping track of all of my loads as I go along with the system.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

I love how easy it is to track loads and KPI'S. It's so easy to be able to keep up with the productivity of my team! The Load Management Dashboard is a lifesaver for anyone who needs to keep up with current loads to make sure none get overlooked.  I also like how easy Macro point is to set up for drivers in the load's VS having to use another site to set up the tracking. Having the Asset side is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

I don't like how slowly this program can run when many people are using it. Also sometimes it is a bit weird about the load page being updated, however, if you reload the page it will show the current updated status.

**Recommendations to others considering Transport Pro:**

Make sure to take your time when sitting down with this! Looking at from the outside in can be a little confusing, but if you take that time to understand the system it gets a lot less confusing.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problems of loads being forgotten about or even being neglected to begin with. Also, the KPI's are very useful to make sure everyone is meeting the expectations previously laid out.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

Tpro's integration with Excel allows for a streamlined working experience. It frees up hours every day. This allows you to tie code numbers to locations so that when you type something like 8302, it will automatically pull up and fill an entire street address and the rates associated with delivery to said location.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

The only downside I can think of is mismatch names in delivery addresses. Some locations have spelling differences that force you to manually renter these spots.

I am using it to keep track of escalations. It allows me to keep a clean list of any loads that have outstanding issues and still need attention. This ensures that no problem goes untouched.

Intuitive Layout  that's easy to learn and use
Resource Conscious: Resource light web-based platform 
Fantastic Support: The team at Transport Pro listens to their customer's needs and is willing to go the extra mile to provide custom solutions that support growth and change and work hard to ensure constant uptime. 
They strike the right balance of developing new features while not breaking what already works.  
The best analogy I could give for Transport Pro is that it has the reliability of a Toyota Camry with the Cutting edge features of a Tesla

I would like to see Transport Pro find a better solution for Mobile Use but it is by no means a central problem i think about regularly

The number one thing I love most about TPRO is how user-friendly it is! It is a very easy system to train on, understand, and pretty straightforward all-around.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Something I would like to see is being able to personalize my board in Freight Operations and combining everything (in transit/planned moves) to be in one place.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of right now, I work regularly with Kenneth to solve any EDI issues and he is very helpful and quick to fix issues or execute ideas I may have. Benefits I have seen in fixing these issues and utilizing EDI is the time it saves me in my regular tasks.

I like the flexibility of Transport Pro.  It is integrated with major tracking systems and gives good options for managing loads.  I also have found it to be a very stable and reliable platform.

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

Some functionality that I use regularly is somewhat hidden.  It is a bit hard to get to the area to accept EDI loads, and it is also not simple to manage TONU loads in the system.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking loads and sharing across a distributed organization to have loads built in one location, dispatched in another location, and tracked in a  third location.  Very effective for sharing work and very fast platform.

Color coding of loads makes it easy to distinguish the priority of mainboard as well as current load status. Easy to reveiew numerous loads at once and determine next steps

The main issue is using the site on mobile devices; having a dedicated mobile site would greatly enhance usability  for after hours work. Making this available for tablets or cell phones would be perfect

Transport Pro aggregates and serves a great deal of data, all of which is invaluable when working on optimization of operational strategies. Add in the fact that Transport Pro has the ability to integrate with a vast array of proccesses and you have a software solution that handles all of your data needs.

Nothing that effects my ability to do my job. It is important to note that proper software usage can alleviate headaches you might face. Every time I have run into an issue with Transport Pro, it has been my lack of understanding of the correct process to use.

I currently am working on an variety of data analysis tasks and due to Transport Pro's ability to collect and serve the data has empowered me to make better informed decisions.

**What do you like best about Transport Pro?**

The user-friendly interface is the thing I most like about TPRO. On a day to day basis I must go in between multiple tabs and I never have any issues with TPRO

**What do you dislike about Transport Pro?**

With our Columbian reps they have a lot of issues with connectivity. Would like to see that improved, but nothing too major.

**What problems is Transport Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anytime we have issies with BOL #s, sending tracking links etc we can solve with TPRO. TPRO has continued to optimize the way we track freight and as we take on more and more freight TPRO continues to perform.

Navigating TPP has become easier and cleaner over time, but I wish you could filter boards by multiple accounts rather than just one at a time. If I could select 2-4 accounts to filter planned/dispatched boards at once it would be perfect.

My favorite thing about Transport Pro is this program's ability to be used by a single user, as well as the entire company. I use TP for several tasks around scheduling freight and it has always been a great experience!

There isn't much not to like - Transport Pro is a great website to use! More tools and functions are always a plus as a resource for utilization that this software has to offer.

Using Transport Pro, I am able to solve many situations with freight such as the status of how many loads I have booked, which drivers are tracking on Macropoint or project 44, and which loads still need to be covered and many more! Transport Pro is a great program to use.

The biggest issue I have in that there is no mobile app. This industry is 24/7, however my desk time is not. Having to use the browser from my phone is highly stressful.

Being able to change the color of the loads to identify the shipment's status! I also like being able to see the Macropoint on the front screen. I also like being able to see the reference numbers on the load board!

Although the website is capable of storing a ton of information, unfortunately, to hold all of that information, it seems that the website requires a lot of layers when operating it.

Be sure that all information you input is accurate and true to the internal load and in the dispatch.

I would prefer being able to get into a load with one step, versus two. I would also like the in and out dates / times on the internal side of the load to translate to the load board. Sometimes when we put a date into the load, it shows differently on the main screen and it can be quite confusing.

The part that I like the best out of TP is that I can manage my client's loads, keep track of our growth and have the option to connect it with different platforms like DAT, MP and Hubspot.

I would like to have more visibility from other branches as I manage and prospect for new customers. However, that is not a current issue of TP, so it's something that they should not be blamed!

Anytime we need something added to the program its almost always possible and ready within a few hours. The programmers are great and help you think through programming decisions.

Nothing really. The only tweak I would make would be fonts, but that's just me being picky. Other than that, I cannot think of anything I dislike per say. The whole system is a really good tool.

The only thing I dislike is that you can't undo a cancelled load.  Sometimes our customers cancel a load and then change their mind.  It's a minor inconvenience, really.  No big deal! :)
