Simplicity of our weekly and bi monthly payroll processing. Our customer service representative Joyce Mutton is tremendous in her knowledge of the payroll system and all the ins and outs of it. The payroll portal is easy to use and has every feature available. If I can't figure it out, it's a quick phone call or email to Joyce and easily shown or explained how to do it. If I had to pick one thing and I had to list something, maybe more "How To" segments on using the payroll dashboard. I'm sure there are hundreds of things available, we don't know how to use. She is a credit to Cavu HCM and makes Cavu stand out among the other payroll providers we have used over time. At the end of the day, I do not want to deal with administrative issues and I just want to practice law. On the payroll side of admin, Leigh makes that possible for me.
